引言：

我们昨天看诗篇144的时候，牧师一开头就说到人生难免有争战，无论你知不知道？愿不愿意？恶者不会因为你不抵挡牠，牠就不会迷惑攻击你。牠是不会放过任何人的，所以我们要时刻警醒，胜过诱惑，建立生命。

一、胜过世界的诱惑（V1-11，27-35）

食物和钱财是我们日常生活中不可缺少的生存必要。但是，如果食物和钱财成为牵着我们鼻子走的主人，那将成为我们生命的祸根，诱惑我们走向世界、离弃神。

1. 胜过贪食（V1-3，6-9）

美食人人都爱吃。而写这章箴言的所罗门王就是很会摆设筵席、吃尽山珍海味的人。但他最后的结论是：饭局里有圈套！ 所以，要儆醒注意3个层面：

（1）没有节制

美食当前有时真的很难抗拒。V2要拿刀放在喉咙上，来控制自己的食欲。从肉身来看，贪吃会为这身体带来祸患，吃出疾病来，所以要吃得健康。在属灵的生命里，更要天天以神的话语喂养我们的灵人，使我们的属灵肌肉结实，生命结果累累。

（2）别有目的

不要因为受到重视就沾沾自喜，得意忘形。免得因为吃失去位份/权柄，更糟的是掉入仇敌的圈套。就如始祖亚当夫妇就因为吃，吃出了全人类的罪来。

谈生意免不了吃，百万生意在餐桌上成交的比比皆是。但也有许多人因为吃而掉入了陷阱，输掉了百万身价。所以，当人在生意上给我们不劳而获的甜头时，我们要特别儆醒，不要因贪而掉入陷阱。

（3）表里不一

‘恶眼人’就是从他的眼神，你已经看出他心里面的恶念了。所以，箴言提醒我们当这些人请我们吃饭时，我们不要跟他去。

一个人为什么明知道对方表里不一还应邀前去吃他的饭呢？很常这个人的心态也有问题。可能也想从对方身上得到好处，去奉承对方。所以当我们明知请我们去吃的人，不怀好意还依然想卜宴席时，我们要省察自己的心。

2. 胜过钱财（V4-5，10-11）

钱是万恶之根，但没钱却是万万不能。神愿意赐福与我们，让我们过丰盛的生活。但人常常很小信，就是有些基督徒也不列外。很怕不够吃、不够穿。（太6:25-34）求神帮助我们成为钱财的主人，而不是让钱成为我们的主。追钱的人会被鬼追，也可能因为贪钱而去做犯法的事。就像V10所说的，违法去霸占别人所拥有的。要先神后人再大地，我们要相信太6:33 ，神所应许的不只是给我们，而是多而又多的“加”给我们。阿们！

3. 胜过酒色（V27-35）

酒和色是许多弟兄们难以抵挡的陷进。这里说到没有道德的女人就像捕捉野生动物的陷阱，一旦被捉就难以逃脱。酒和色跟毒品一样，让人上瘾到一个地步，V35说的被打得遍体鳞伤，他却还说自己没有受伤，豪无感觉的麻木了。

弟兄姐妹，今天在你的生活中，有没有一些东西是让你上瘾的？game？drama？shopee？

二、建立属神的后裔（V12-25）

所罗门虽然他很有智慧，但却因为没有胜过诱惑，3千多后宫佳丽，家庭一片混乱，更别说要为神建立属神的后代。（罗波安）

1.建立属神的好好家庭

建立一个好好家庭，父母和孩子都有责任。作为儿女要懂得孝敬、尊荣父母，按照神的真理过生活，使父母欢喜。作为父母的也要管教儿女，将从神而来的训诲，知识的言语教导孩子，让他们过一个有纪律，敬畏神的生活。

今天，作为肉身或属灵父母的，不管孩子/组员问题有多大，要相信爱能使我们认为无药可救的孩子从奄奄一息里起死回生，因为耶稣已经为这孩子得胜了。

2.有智慧能分辨的后代（V17-21）

经文提到不要看到罪人亨通，心就起嫉妒。而是要懂得分辨敬畏神才是永恒的福乐。学好三年、学坏三天。在朋友的选择上也要有智慧和分辨的能力。要逃避误交损友。要为现今年轻人祷告。他们很容易受朋友的影响而随波逐流，失去智慧和分辨的能力。

总结：

经文劝勉我们心要对齐神、对齐真理，我们的眼目要喜悦属神的道路。不可将力量和爱放在属世的虚妄之事上。反之要胜过世界的诱惑，活出属神的蒙福生命，并且去建立属神的家庭，敬畏神、有分辨力的后代。

Foreword:

When we read Psalm 144 yesterday, Pastor started by saying that there are always battles in life, whether you know it or not? Would you like to? The evil one will not stop deceiving and attacking you because you do not resist it. It will not let anyone go, so we must always be vigilant, overcome temptation, and build our life.

I. Overcome the temptations of the world (v1-11, 27-35)

Food and money are indispensable survival necessities in our daily life. But if food and money become the masters that lead us by the nose, they will be the bane of our lives, tempting us to go into the world and turn away from God.

1. Overcome gluttony (v1-3, 6-9)

Everyone loves food. And King Solomon, who wrote this chapter of Proverbs, was someone who was very good at setting up feasts and eating all the delicacies of mountains and seas. But his conclusion was there is a trap in the dinner! So, be on the alert for 3 points:

(1) No control

Food is sometimes hard to resist these days. V2 put a knife to your throat to control your own appetite. From the flesh point of view, gluttony will bring disaster to the body and cause disease, so eat healthily. In our spiritual life, we must feed our spiritual self with God’s words every day, so that our spiritual muscles will become strong, and our lives will bear fruit.

(2) Do have a motive

Don’t be complacent and get carried away just because you are valued. So as not to lose position/authority because of eating, or even fall into the trap of the enemy. Just as the first ancestor Adam and his wife caused the sins of all mankind because of eating.

Talking business over meals is unavoidable, and millions of dollars businesses transacted on the table are common. But there are also many people who fell into the trap because of eating and lost millions of dollars. Therefore, when people give us unearned sweetness in business, we must be especially vigilant and not fall into the trap of greed.

(3) Hypocrisy

The ‘evil-eyed man’ means that from his eyes, you can already see the evil thoughts in his heart. So, Proverbs reminds us not to go with these people when they invite us to dinner.

Why would a person still attend the banquet even though he knew that the other person was hypocritical? Very often this person also has a problem with his mindset. He may also want to be benefited from the other side, hence, willing to flatter the other person. So, when we know that the person who invites us to eat has bad intentions and still we plan to attend the banquet, we must examine our hearts.

2. More than just money (v4-5, 10-11)

Money is the root of all evil, but without money, it is impossible. God wants to bless us so that we can live an abundant life. But people often have little faith, even some Christians are no exception. Afraid of having not enough food and clothing. (Matt 6:25-34) Ask God to help us be the masters of our money, not let money be our master. Those who chase money will be chased by ghosts, and they may also do illegal things because of greed for money. As v10 said, it is illegal to occupy what others have. First God, second man, then the earth, we must believe in Matthew 6:33, that what God has promised is not just to us, but more and more will be “added” to us. Amen!

3. More than just wine (v27-35)

Wine and sex are a trap that many brethren cannot resist. Here it is said that an immoral woman is like a trap for wild animals, once caught, it is difficult to escape. Like drugs, alcohol and sex are addictive to the point where v35 said that he was beaten all over, but he still said that he was not injured and did not feel a thing.

Brothers and sisters, is there anything in your life today that you are addicted to? game? drama? shopee?

II. Establishing the descendants of God (v12-25)

Although Solomon was very wise, because he did not overcome the temptation, there were more than 3,000 beauties in his palace, and his family was in chaos, hence, not to mention the establishment of God’s descendants for God. (Rehoboam)

1. Build a good family of God

It is the responsibility of both parents and children to build a good family. As children, you must know how to respect and honor your parents and live your life in accordance with the truth of God, so that your parents will be happy. Parents should also discipline their children, teach them the principles and words of God, and let them live a disciplined and God-fearing life.

Today, as a parent, physical or spiritual, no matter how big the child/member’s problem is, trust that love can bring back the child who we might think is hopeless from the dying edge because Jesus has already won a victory for that child.

2. A wise and discerning offspring (v17-21)

The scriptures speak of not seeing sinners prosper and envy in our hearts. But to know how to discern and fear God is eternal happiness. It takes three years to learn to be good but takes three days to be bad. The choice of friends should also be wise and discerning. To avoid making bad friends by mistake. Pray for the youth of today. They are easily swayed by friends and lose their wisdom and discernment.

Conclusion:

The scriptures exhort us to align our hearts with God and the truth, and our eyes to delight in the path of God. Do not put strength and love on worldly vain things. On the contrary, we must overcome the temptation of the world, live a blessed life of God, and build a family of God, God-fearing and discerning offspring.

引言: 常言道“台上三分钟，台下三年功。”许多成功的荣耀都是在苦难的历练中熬炼出来的！

一、争战中有造就（V1-2）

人生就是一场不止息的争战！因为神要我们活出祂的荣耀样式，但是仇敌魔鬼就是要人被打击破坏，倾向罪恶过犯、悖逆和扭曲。大卫的诗篇这里却描述是神的手教导我们争战；是神的指引在引导我们怎么打一场胜仗。以下有七个得胜的应许：

1.神是我慈爱主：
2.神是我的山寨：
3.神是我的高台：
4.神是我的救主：
5.神是我的盾牌：
6.神是我所投靠：
7.神使跟随者服：

二、一口气有领悟（V3-4）

做人要看清楚人算什么？人是什么？人常常以自己的学问、财富、身份名誉、做事成就为自己的荣誉；但是真理的启示让我们看透人只不过是“一口气”，什么时候这口气没了，你拥有再多都是虚的，都是无有！而且很快就会过去，我们当如何警觉这事，而活出更好的人生呢？

神是唯一的神，神就是一切，人要学会把神放第一！我们本为虚空，虚空就是0，人生再多成就也等于0+0+0+0+0···；但是0的前面如果加1的时候，即变成100000····。

三、祷告中有拯救（V5-8）

【求祢救我】就是我们生命的经历与见证。‘求祢’就是一种祷告，有生命关系的祷告，持续相连的关系。‘救我’当然更是自己的亲身经历。生命都离不开个人要面对神，经历神。不能单单只是透过小组长、透过教会的牧者。神是驾驭宇宙万有的神，祂可以掌管全世界、全人类，但是祂也同时可以透过祷告与我们联合，活在我们里面，这实在太美妙了！

四、熬炼中有祝福（V9-15）

越是经历过人生的各种煎熬历练，越是被看为有福。像大卫那么悲惨的经历被家人所追杀，在人看来这是最不幸而悲惨的人生，但是大卫自己却说：‘遇见这光景的百姓便为有福。’答案很直接，有耶和华作他们的神，他们就有福了！。

总结：生命之花

生命之花 萌芽自熊熊的火炼
在艰难中升华 困苦中绽放
生命之花 含包着重重的考验
在忍耐中伸展 失败中成长

啊…………
让我像那傲雪的寒梅
不停流露出生命芬芳
迎刺骨寒风茫茫飞雪
依然屹立 越冷越香

因我深知我信的是谁
我信的是造天地的主
有公义冠冕为我存留
直到那日 他必与我同在

Psalms 144: Suffering Trains Life

Introduction:

It is often said that “three minutes on stage, three years of work under the stage.” Many of the glory of success is in the suffering of the experience of refining!

1. Training in a battle (V1-2)

Life is a never-ending battle! For God wants us to live in His glorious likeness, but the enemy, the devil, wants people to be struck down and destroyed, inclined to sinful transgressions, disobedience, and distortions. The Psalmist of David describes here the hand of God teaching us to fight; the guidance of God guiding us how to fight a victorious battle. Here are seven promises of victory.

1. God is my loving Lord.
2. God is my fortress.
3. God is my refuge.
4. God is my Saviour.
5. God is my shield.
6. God is my trust.
7. God makes the follower to serve.

2. Realisation in a breath (V3-4)

Be a human being and see clearly what people are? What is man? But the revelation of truth makes us see that man is only a “breath of air”, and when this breath is gone, all you have is nothing. And it will soon be over. How can we be aware of this and live a better life?

God is the only God, God is everything, man must learn to put God first! We are nothing and nothing is 0. More achievements in life are equal to 0+0+0+0+0+0–; but when 1 is added in front of 0, it becomes 100000 —-.

3. Salvation in prayer (V5-8)

[Asking You to save me] is the experience and testimony of our life. Asking you’ is a prayer, a prayer with a life-giving relationship, an ongoing relationship. Save me’ is, of course, a personal experience. Life cannot be lived without individuals facing God and experiencing Him. It can’t just be through the group leader or the pastor of the church. God is the God of the universe, He can be in control of the whole world, all of humanity, but He can also be united with us through prayer and live in us at the same time, and that is so wonderful!

4. Blessings in torment (V9-15)

The more one goes through the various trials and tribulations of life, the more one is seen as blessed. Going through such a tragic experience as David’s of being hunted by his family, it seemed to man that this was the most unfortunate and tragic life, but David himself said, ‘Blessed are the people who meet this light.’ The answer is straightforward, they were blessed to have the LORD as their God!

Conclusion: The Flower of Life

The flower of life sprouts from the burning fire
In the hardship of sublimation in the hardship of blooming
The flower of life is wrapped in trials and tribulations
Stretches in patience, grows in failure

Ah …………
Let me be like the cold plum in the snow
The fragrance of life keeps flowing
In the face of the bitter cold wind and snow
Still standing, the colder the better fragrance

For I know in whom I believe
I believe in the Lord who made heaven and earth
And a crown of righteousness is reserved for me
Until that day he will be with me

引言:

有人说，不会祷告读诗篇，不会做人读箴言。从诗篇143中，我们将再次能够从被主称为合神心意的大卫身上学习如何去祷告。经文背景虽然不详，但从大卫的心声中我们知道这是他人生面对重大危机，大遭仇敌攻击逼迫的时候，所以他当时正切切求神来引导和拯救他！

一、神垂听信祂之人的祷告

1. 因祂既信实又公义（V1）

大卫讲出神信实和公义的属性，认定神必要来听他的祷告。

2. 因祂怜恤每个罪人（V2）

大卫承认自己作为人的罪性，知道神必要来怜恤承认自己过犯之人的祷告。我们来到神面前的时候一定要承认自己的过犯，让神来赦免我们所认的罪，更是除去神要来垂听我们祷告的拦阻。

3. 因祂眷顾祂的子民（V3）

大卫自己作为神的子民，一定会蒙神拯救，脱离仇敌的手。

二、人当纪念并切切寻求神（V4-6）

大卫在艰难痛苦的光景里，思想神各样大大小小的作为，来提升自己对神的信心，然后继续切切地来寻求神。

三、人当遵神旨意等候救赎

1.速速应允我（V7a）

大卫求神快快垂听，他愿离弃罪恶。

2.不向我掩面 （V7b）

大卫求神的同在不要离开，否则他觉得自己就像死人一样。

3.得神的慈爱（V8a）

大卫求神在清晨来对他说慈爱的话，让他在艰难中得着盼望。

4.明白神道路（V8b）

大卫在艰难中寻求神的道路，而不是自己的道路。

5.剪除我仇敌（V9，12）

大卫求神救他脱离仇敌的手。

6. 遵行神旨意（V10）

大卫求神指教他要怎样去遵行神的旨意，好让他能够讨神喜悦，脱离困境。

7. 生命得复兴（V11）

大卫求神让他生命经历复兴，因神的公义他必脱离患难。

总结：

在人生的艰难中，我们要效法大卫宣告神的属性，思想神大大小小的作为，继续相信神必要来垂听我们的祷告。

在祷告中，我们除了当把我们的需要带到神的面前，求神来拯救我们。我们更是要承认并离弃我们的罪孽，求神帮助我们活出祂的旨意，以至于我们在这个突破艰难的经历里，最终能够进入到生命复兴的状态中！

Psalms 143: May God Guide And Save The Cry

Introduction:

It has been said that if you can’t pray read the Psalms and you can’t be rational read Proverbs. From Psalm 143, we will once again be able to learn how to pray from David, whom the Lord called a man after God’s own heart. The context of the passage is not known, but we know from David’s heart that this was a time of great crisis in his life, when he was being attacked and persecuted by the enemy, and so he was asking God earnestly to guide and save him!

1. God Hears the Prayers of those Who Believe in Him

(1) Because He is both faithful and righteous (V1)
David spoke of the attributes of God’s faithfulness and righteousness, and determined that God would hear his prayer.

(2) Because He has compassion on every sinner (V2)
David confessed his sinfulness as a man, knowing that God must come to have mercy on the prayers of those who confess their transgressions. We must confess our sins when we come to God, so that He may forgive us our confessed sins, and moreover remove any hindrance to His coming to hear our prayers.

(3) Because He cares for His people (V3)
David himself, as God’s people, will be saved by God from the hand of the enemy.

2. People Should Remember and Earnestly Seek God (V4-6)

David thought about the various acts, no matter large or small, in a difficult and painful time, to improve his faith in God, and then continued to seek God earnestly.

3. People Should Wait for Salvation According to God’s Will

(1) Promptly answer me (V7a)
David asked God to hear him quickly, and he was willing to turn away from sin.

(2) Do not hide your face from me (V7b)
David asked God’s presence not to leave, otherwise he felt like a dead man.

(3) To have God’s lovingkindness (V8a)
David asked God to come and speak lovingly to him in the early morning, so that he might have hope in the midst of hardship.

(4) Understanding God’s Way (V8b)
David sought God’s way in the midst of hardship, not his own way.

(5) Cut off my enemies (V9, 12)
David asked God to deliver him from the hand of his enemies.

(6) Doing God’s will (V10)
David asked God to show him how to do God’s will, so that he could please God and get out of trouble.

(7) Revival of life (V11)
David asked God to let him experience revival in his life, and that he would be delivered from his troubles because of God’s righteousness.

Conclusion:

In the midst of life’s hardships, we need to follow the example of David in declaring the attributes of God, thinking about God’s actions, both big and small, and continuing to believe that God will come to hear our prayers.

In prayer, we should not only bring our needs to God and ask Him to save us. We are to confess and turn away from our sins and ask God to help us live out His will so that we can finally enter into a state of revival in our lives during this breakthrough experience!
