引言：

世界上没有后悔药，但是如果有重来的机会，每个人都一定会去抓住。埃及这个国家，曾经就是一个不认识神，悖逆神而遭受神烈怒审判的国家。但是当神的怜悯临到，它也懂得去抓住的时候，它最终就要成为一个经历翻转的国度！

一、因悖逆而遭受审判的国度（V1-15）

1. 敬拜偶像带来的审判（V1）

古埃及是四大文明古国之一，曾经整个国家非常地辉煌，但是这个国家对着偶像的错误崇拜，最终导致他们经历到耶和华神重重的审判！其实早在以色列人出埃及的时期，神就已经透过十灾向埃及人证明他们所信的埃及神明，都是虚晃的。

2. 错误信仰带来的纷争（V2-3）

埃及这个国家之所以出现内部的纷争，其实就是因为他们无论是在拜偶像也好，还是在巫术的操练上也好，都是在事奉魔鬼。耶稣说过魔鬼就是那说谎者，也是那分裂者，所以错误的信仰最终就导致埃及人与埃及人之间产生分裂，甚至还彼此为仇！

3. 审判以天灾人祸临到（V4-10）

大自然的灾害，还有亚述王残忍的作为要临到埃及，为的是打碎埃及错误的建造根基（埃及的信仰）。

4. 首领要为审判担责任（V11-15）

埃及首领的错误信仰和认知，是导致他们最终面对神烈怒审判的原因，所以神会在审判中首先找到这些领袖来算账。

二、因悔改而经历翻转的国度（V16-25）

一个没有盼望的国度，在神的怜悯下，要进入极大的翻转！

1. 埃及要敬畏耶和华 （V16-17)

埃及人在耶和华神大能的作为下，终会看见犹大地（以色列）的神是真神，并来敬畏这位神！

2. 埃及要抛弃旧信仰 （V18)

埃及将会有五座城市成为用希伯来文交流的城市，尊耶和华的名为圣。在这五座城中，其中有一座城过去是敬拜太阳神的。

3. 埃及要敬拜耶和华 （V19-22)

耶和华神要兴起环境怜悯埃及人，使过去活在错误信仰中的埃及人最终归向祂！

4. 三国一律神迹发生 （V23-24)

神要使埃及、亚述（亚拉伯世界）并以色列最终一起来敬拜祂。这三个国度因着进入基督里的合一，就要成为列国的祝福！

总结：

曾经因着悖逆，而遭受到神烈怒神审判的埃及，最终要在神的施恩怜悯下，回转归向神。而且埃及这个国度将要和亚拉伯世界，并以色列成为全世界的祝福！

如果说连埃及这样败坏的国度都能经历神的怜悯和赐福，那么今天当我们懂得从错谬中回转，并紧紧地抓住这位神的时候，我们岂不是要经历更大的恩典吗？

Introduction:

There is no medicine for regrets in this world, but if there is a chance to start anew, everyone will seize it. The country Egypt was a country that did not know God, rebelled against God and came under God’s fiery judgement. But when Egypt catches hold of God’s mercy, it will become a country that will experience change!

1. A Rebellious Country Coming under God’s Judgement (V1-15)

(1) Judgement resulting from Idolatry (V1)

Ancient Egypt is one of the four ancient civilisations. It was once a splendorous country. But because of idol worship, they came under God’s judgement! In fact, during the exodus, God, through the ten plagues, have already proven to the Egyptians that the idols they worshipped were all false gods.

(2) Wrong Beliefs That Caused Division (V2-3)

The internal conflict in Egypt was due to idol worship and witchcraft, which is essentially devil worship. The Lord Jesus has said it before that the devil is a liar and is also the one who causes division. Eventually, false beliefs will cause division between the Egyptians, even to the point of seeing each other as an enemy!

(3) Then Came Judgement and Calamity (V4-10)

Natural disasters and the cruelty of the Assyrian King will come upon Egypt. This is to demolish the wrong foundation that Egypt was built on (the religious beliefs of Egypt).

(4) The Leaders are Responsible for the Judgement (V11-15)

The officials and leaders of Egypt, and their wrong beliefs are what caused them to come under God’s judgement. Therefore, God will first hold them accountable during the judgement.

2. A Kingdom that Experiences Change due to Repentance (V16-25)

(1) A Hopeless Nation Will Experience Great Change under God’s Mercy (V16-17)

The Egyptians, under the power of God, will come to realise that the God of the land of Judah (Israel) is the true God, and they will learn to fear Him!

(2) Egypt will Get Rid of Their Old Beliefs (V18)

Egypt will have five cities that speak the Hebrew language and revere the Holy Name of the Lord. Among the five cities, one of them used to be a city that worships the Sun god.

(3) Egypt will Worship the Lord (V19-22)

The Lord will show mercy to the Egyptians through their surroundings, causing the Egyptians, who once lived in error, to turn to Him!

(4) Miracles Happening in Three Kingdoms (V23-24)

God will cause Egypt, Assyria (the Arab world) and Israel to worship Him. Because these three kingdoms are united in Christ, they will become a blessing to the nations!

Conclusion:

Egypt, who once was rebellious and came under God’s fiery judgement, will in the end come under God’s mercy and turn back to Him. On top of that, Egypt will become a blessing to the nations along with the Arab World and Israel!

If a corrupted country such as Egypt can experience God’s mercy and blessing, how much more for us who know how to turn away from our wrongdoings and hold on to God?

一、使者的求助（V1-2）

犹大听说亚述庞大的军队向他们逼近，就派使者到古实谈结盟。先知借此也嘲讽犹大。

二、先知的预言（V3）

神呼召世上所有人，都来看山上竖大旗，来听吹角，都来见证至高者的主权。

三、审判的结果（V4-6）

神在祂的居所安静地掌权。在亚述使者狂言亵渎神的形势下下，先知让希西家不要怕他。神惊动西拿基立，一听风声，就班师回朝，神使他倒在刀下。

四、列国的回转（V7）

主前701年神击杀亚述军，古实得以保全，就当省悟，到锡安山献礼给神。

总结：

当我们生命遇到大的困难时，我们会安静寻求神的心意吗？我们会以神的话语为我们的行事标准，把事情的结果交给神，凡事感恩赞美吗？

Isaiah 18: Looking to the Lord for salvation

Introduction: He knows the way I walk; after He has tried me, I shall be as fine gold.

1. Messenger is asking for help (V1-2)

When Judah heard that the huge Assyrian army was approaching them, they sent messengers to Ethiopia to talk about an alliance. By this the prophet also mocked Judah.

2. Prophecy of the prophet (V3)

God calls all the people of the world to come and see the great banner on the mountain, to hear the blowing of the trumpet, and to witness the sovereignty of the Most High.

3. Results of the judgement (V4-6)

God reigns quietly in His dwelling place. In the situation where the Assyrian messenger was blaspheming God with his wild words, the prophet told Hezekiah not to be afraid of him. God surprised Sennacherib, and as soon as he heard the news, he returned to the army, and God caused him to fall by the sword.

4. The turn back of the nations (V7)

When God struck down the Assyrian army in 701 B.C., and Ethiopia was preserved, let him come to his senses and offer a gift to God on Mount Zion.

Conclusion:

When we encounter great difficulties in our lives, do we quietly seek God’s heart? Will we take God’s Word as our standard of action, leave the outcome of things to God, and give thanks and praise in everything?

先知以赛亚在此提醒以色列人，如果他们忘记真神，而去结交强国，拜外邦人的神明，一切都将归于徒然。忘记神的下场将是国家荒凉，人民蒙羞，富足变贫穷。

一、大马色被废变乱堆（V1-3）

神借着预言大马色的毁灭来警告以色列，不可依靠外邦；神更是要借着以色列的衰败对犹大发出同样的警告：这就是忘记神依靠外邦的下场。

今天，许多基督徒徒也忘记了救自己的神，不但不能为外邦人指明得救之路，反而想从外邦人那里寻找保障，结局也将是‘不再有保障’（V3）。

二、以色列必衰败荒凉（V4-11）

1.以色列将所剩无几（V4-6）

‘到那日’就是神降罚的日子来临之时，以色列的子孙虽多如海沙，但必至枵薄，像一个丰满肥壮的身体渐渐瘦弱下来，只有少数的余剩之民。但神不会使以色列完全灭绝，神要保留余民。

2.神管教百姓的目的（V7-8）

神对以色列民作出严厉的管教，目的是要使离弃神的百姓回转。当那日百姓仰望造他们的主，神就重新赐福他们！

3.忘记神的枉然徒劳（V9-11）

神再警戒以色列人忘记拯救他们的神，‘在那日’他们所遭遇的结局。地就荒凉了，无论他们怎样努力也没用，收割都飞去了，无法享用成果。

这里神不但对以色列说话，也是对我们每一个说话，不要忘记神，要记念造我们的神，因为祂是我们的拯救、磐石。

三、敌对神百姓的报应（V12-14）

这里预言与神的百姓为敌的，必要受报应。他们必遭到耶和华的斥责，最后四散逃避。
神是百姓完全的保障，祂必使敌对神百姓的落荒而逃！

总结：

以色列人一切问题的症结，就是他们忘记了神是生命和一切福气的源头。
时刻记念主能帮助我们数算神的恩典，思想神在我们生命中奇妙的作为，使我们更有信心来信靠这位慈爱和信实的真神！

Isaiah 17: The fate of forgetting the true God

Introduction:

The prophet Isaiah is here to remind the Israelites that if they forget the true God and go to make alliances with powerful nations and worship pagan gods, everything will be in vain. Forgetting God will result in desolation of nations, shame of people, and riches turn to poverty.

I. Damascus was abandoned and heaped (V1-3)

By prophesying the destruction of Damascus, God warned Israel not to rely on foreign nations; God would also use Israel’s failure to issue the same warning to Judah: this is the consequence of forgetting God and reliance on foreign nations.

Today, many Christians have also forgotten the God who saved them. Not only can they unable to show the Gentiles the way to salvation, but instead they want to seek assurance from the Gentiles, and the end result will be “no more assurance”

II. Israel will be desolated and barren (V4-11)

1. Israel will have little left (V4-6)

‘In that day’ is the day when God’s judgment will come, and the children of Israel, though as numerous as the sand of the sea, will be sparse, like a plump and fattened body gradually thinning out, and there will be only a few remnants. But God will not destroy Israel completely, God will keep some remnants.

2. The purpose of God’s discipline of the people (V7-8)

God gave severe discipline to the Israelites in order to turn the people who have forsaken God. That day when the people looked to their Maker, God shall bless them again!

3. Forgets God is inevitably futile (V9-11)

God again warned the Israelites that should they forget the God who saved them, and what would happen to them ‘in that day’. The land shall be desolated, and no matter how hard they tried, it shall be useless, the harvest flew away, and the fruits could not be enjoyed.

Here God speaks not only to Israel, but also to each of us. Don’t forget God, but remember the God who made us, because He is our salvation and rock.

III. The retribution of the people against God (V12-14)

Here it is prophesied that those who are enemies of God’s people will receive retribution. They will be rebuked by the Lord, and at last they will flee.
God is the full assurance of the people, and He will make those who oppose God’s people flee!

Conclusion:

The crux of all Israel’s problems is that they have forgotten that God is the source of their lives and the source of all blessings.
Always remember that the Lord can help us count God’s grace, think about God’s wonderful deeds in our lives, and we can renew our strength through the Lord!

引言：

新加坡的住屋建设和以色列有个共同点，都会看到要建防空壕！这是预防突发战乱事件发生的基本准备。

一、落难者寻求庇护（V1-4）

以赛亚的这段预言在形容摩押落难的光景，当一个国家或者民族落难的时候，她们自然会去寻求政治庇护。谁有能力？虽有权势？谁就成为她们的庇护。她们曾经在犹大王的管辖中，于是每年都要献上羊羔作为进贡物给以色列的王。后来以色列的亚哈王死后，摩押王就起来背叛，自立门户。但是没想到面对亚述的侵略，后果更凄惨。投靠以色列、投靠犹大的王都还不是最重要的，而是投靠以色列的神才是出路。

现实人生也是如此，人人都需要人生的出路，但是有多少人知道出路在于投靠神！落难者更是如此。

二、神家慈爱是出路（V5）

【必有宝座】！这是主掌权审判万有的宝座。【因慈爱坚立】，这慈爱就是神不变的Hesed之爱，永远的爱，怜悯的爱。【在大卫的帐幕中行审判】，大卫的帐幕不正是敬拜与祷告的帐幕吗？唯独在神面前才有真正的公平、公义。这才是真正蒙福的路。

这句预言再次的显明弥赛亚的出现，祂要显明神永恒不变的慈爱，祂才是那位信实永不改变的主；领受神的慈爱才有出路。

三、神抵挡骄傲的人（V6-12）

错误的高举，高举人不是高举神。错误的敬拜，敬拜人造的偶像，而不是造人的神。摩押因为有极其丰盛美丽的葡萄园而自夸，但是这一切都会消失。其实就像新加坡人很容易为新加坡自夸，尤其当别国看见新加坡的繁华、丰盛、荣耀而给予赞美的时候，我们真的就很容易陷入自夸和骄傲。

雅各书 4:6 “　神阻挡骄傲的人，赐恩给谦卑的人。”这是神不变的法则，摩押虽然不是神的选民，但是她们也可以因为谦卑而蒙恩。但是，她们却是骄傲，所以结局是遭殃的。她们原本拥有最丰盛的葡萄园，但是结果却是惨遭摧毁。

总结：千万不要拒绝神的邀请（V13-14）

神有不变的慈爱为世人存留，成为我们患难时的避难所，为什么不要选择恩典之路呢？

Introduction:

Singapore’s housing construction and Israel have one thing in common, they will both see to build the bomb shelter! This is the basic preparation to prevent the occurrence of sudden war events.

1. The fallen seek refuge (V1-4)

This prophecy of Isaiah is describing the light of Moab’s fall. When a nation or people are in distress, it is natural for them to seek political refuge. Who has the power? Though powerful? Who will be their refuge. They were once under the authority of the king of Judah, so they offered lambs as tribute to the king of Israel every year. Later, after the death of King Ahab of Israel, the king of Moab rose up to betray and establish his own empire. But it was not expected that the consequences would be more miserable in the face of Assyrian aggression. It was not the most important thing to turn to Israel or to the king of Judah, but to turn to the God of Israel.

Everyone needs a way out of life, but how many people know that the way out lies in trusting God! This is especially true for those who are in distress.

2. The lovingkindness in the house of God is the way out (V5)

[The throne]! This is the throne where the Lord reigns to judge all things. [in mercy will be established] This love is the unchanging Hesed love of God, the everlasting love, the love of mercy. [Judgment in the tabernacle of David] Isn’t the tabernacle of David the tabernacle of worship and prayer? Only in the presence of God is there true justice and righteousness. This is the way to be truly blessed.

This prophecy once again reveals the appearance of the Messiah, who will reveal the unchanging love of God, who is the faithful and unchanging Lord; the way out is to receive God’s lovingkindness.

3. God resists the proud (V6-12)

Wrong exaltation, exalting man instead of God. Wrong worship, worshiping man-made idols instead of the God who made man. Moab boasts of its extremely rich and beautiful vineyard, but it all goes away. In fact, just as it is easy for Singaporeans to boast about Singapore, especially when other nations see the prosperity, abundance, and glory of Singapore and give praise, it is really easy for us to fall into boasting and pride .

James 4:6 “God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.” This is God’s unchanging law, and although Moab was not God’s chosen people, they could have been blessed by humility. However, they were proud, so they ended up in misfortune. They had the richest vineyard, but it was destroyed.

Conclusion: Never refuse God’s invitation (V13-14)

God’s unchanging love is extended to the world and becomes our refuge in times of trouble, so why not choose the path of grace?

父母亲在管教孩子的时候，我们通常会先警告他们。如果他们再犯，我们就会惩罚他们。

一、摩押的毁灭（v1-4）

当摩押受到审判、受到惩罚，他们还是没有意识自己为什么要受这样的审判和惩罚。这是很可惜的。因此，他们必遭受毁灭。

二、为摩押悲哀（v5-9）

对摩押的审判已在所难免，而神“为摩押悲哀”。

1. 面对逃亡（v5-7）

当摩押面对败亡，面对审判，很多人都要被杀，而一部份人就在逃亡，特别是他们的贵冑，他们一路逃亡一路哭泣，逃民也不断在哭，连供养摩押地的泉水也枯干。

2. 面对追赶（v8-9）

摩押面临的灾难会越来越严重，甚至逃脱的民都要被追上，并水也不能喝。神让侵略者追上摩押逃脱的民和所余剩的人，满足神公义的追讨。

狮子比喻侵略者。神要以狮子骄傲自夸的摩押人，神就「叫狮子来追上摩押逃脱的民

总结：

摩押会落到如此地步，其实根源是她的骄傲。当神的怒气发作的时候，罪人都没有办法去对抗。因为人的罪会导致最后审判的结局。

Isaiah 15: The Discipline of God Will Come to A Rebellious Nation

Introduction:

When parents discipline their children, we usually warn them first. If they do it again, we punish them.

1. The destruction of Moab (V1-4)

When Moab was judged and punished, they still didn’t realize why they were being judged and punished in this way. This is very unfortunate. Therefore, they will suffer destruction.

2. Lamentation for Moab (V5-9)

The judgment of Moab was inevitable, and God “cried out to Moab”.

(1) Facing the escape (V5-7)

When Moab faced defeat and judgment, many people were to be killed, and a part of the people were fleeing, especially their noblemen, who wept as they fled, and the fugitives continued to weep, and even the springs that fed the land of Moab dried up.

(2) Facing the pursuit (V8-9)

The calamity facing Moab would become more and more serious, and even the escaped people would be overtaken, and water was not consumable. God allowed the invaders to catch up with the escaped people of Moab and the rest of the people, to satisfy God’s righteous pursuit.

The lion is a metaphor for the invaders. God wanted the Moabites who boasted of their pride as lions, and God “called the lions to catch up with the escaped people of Moab.

Conclusion:

The root cause of Moab’s descent into such a state was actually her pride. When God’s anger strikes, no sinner has the means to fight it. For man’s sin will lead to the end of the final judgment.
