箴言2

1 我儿,你若领受我的言语,存记我的命令,

2 侧耳听智慧,专心求聪明。

3 呼求明哲,扬声求聪明,

4 寻找他如寻找银子,搜求他如搜求隐藏的珍宝,

5 你就明白敬畏耶和华,得以认识神。

6 因为耶和华赐人智慧。知识和聪明,都由他口而出。

7 他给正直人存留真智慧,给行为纯正的人作盾牌。

8 为要保守公平人的路,护庇虔敬人的道。

9 你也必明白仁义,公平,正直,一切的善道。

10 智慧必入你心。你的灵要以知识为美。

11 谋略必护卫你。聪明必保守你。

12 要救你脱离恶道,(恶道或作恶人的道)脱离说乖谬话的人。

13 那等人舍弃正直的路,行走黑暗的道,

14 欢喜作恶,喜爱恶人的乖僻。

15 在他们的道中弯曲,在他们的路上偏僻。

16 智慧要救你脱离淫妇,就是那油嘴滑舌的外女。

17 她离弃幼年的配偶,忘了神的盟约。

18 她的家陷入死地,她的路偏向阴间。

19 凡到她那里去的不得转回,也得不着生命的路。

20 智慧必使你行善人的道,守义人的路。

21 正直人必在世上居住。完全人必在地上存留。

22 惟有恶人必然剪除。奸诈的必然拔出。

箴言1

1 以色列王大卫儿子所罗门的箴言。

2 要使人晓得智慧和训诲。分辨通达的言语。

3 使人处事,领受智慧,仁义,公平,正直的训诲。

4 使愚人灵明,使少年人有知识和谋略。

5 使智慧人听见,增长学问。使聪明人得着智谋。

6 使人明白箴言和譬喻,懂得智慧人的言词和谜语。

7 敬畏耶和华是知识的开端。愚妄人藐视智慧和训诲。

8 我儿,要听你父亲的训诲,不可离弃你母亲的法则。(或作指教)

9 因为这要作你头上的华冠,你项上的金链。

10 我儿,恶人若引诱你,你不可随从。

11 他们若说,你与我们同去,我们要埋伏流人之血,要蹲伏害无罪之人。

12 我们好像阴间,把他们活活吞下。他们如同下坑的人,被我们囫囵吞了。

13 我们必得各样宝物,将所掳来的装满房屋。

14 你与我们大家同分。我们共用一个囊袋。

15 我儿,不要与他们同行一道。禁止你脚走他们的路。

16 因为他们的脚奔跑行恶,他们急速流人的血。

17 好像飞鸟,网罗设在眼前仍不躲避。

18 这些人埋伏,是为自流己血。蹲伏是为自害己命。

19 凡贪恋财利的,所行之路,都是如此。这贪恋之心,乃夺去得财者之命。

20 智慧在街市上呼喊,在宽阔处发声。

21 在热闹街头喊叫,在城门口,在城中发出言语。

22 说你们愚昧人喜爱愚昧,亵慢人喜欢亵慢,愚顽人恨恶知识,要到几时呢?

23 你们当因我的责备回转。我要将我的灵浇灌你们,将我的话指示你们。

24 我呼唤你们不肯听从。我伸手,无人理会。

25 反轻弃我一切的劝戒,不肯受我的责备。

26 你们遭灾难,我就发笑惊恐临到你们,我必嗤笑。

27 惊恐临到你们,好像狂风,灾难来到,如同暴风。急难痛苦临到你们身上。

28 那时,你们必呼求我,我却不答应,恳切的寻找我,却寻不见。

29 因为你们恨恶知识,不喜爱敬畏耶和华,

30 不听我的劝戒,藐视我一切的责备,

31 所以必吃自结的果子,充满自设的计谋。

32 愚昧人背道,必杀己身,愚顽人安逸,必害己命。

33 惟有听从我的,必安然居住,得享安静,不怕灾祸。

【急难中的呼求】

引言:

这诗篇是哀叹许多敌人包围要压碎犹大。因此,他们呼求神拯救使他们得胜。

一、求神不要静默 (V1-8)

诗人求神不要静默闭口,不是质疑神的慈爱,也不是批评神的冷漠,乃是表达对神拯救的坚定信心和迫切期待。

1.仇敌喧嚷剪灭 (V2-4)

诗人描述犹大的敌人怎样共同商议要毁灭以色列国。他们都是神的仇敌,图谋要剪灭神的百姓和抵挡神。

现今的基督徒需要警醒。恶者仇敌会透过许多的管道,尤其网络、电影等传播媒体的渲染,导致许多抵挡神的价值观渗入神子民的心中,叫基督徒陷入罪恶中无法自拔!

2.仇敌结盟抵挡(V5-8)

这里提到的十个仇敌,虽然在历史上没有同时进攻以色列,但他们长期以来都虎视眈眈地包围着以色列,一有机会就给神的百姓制造难处。虽然如此,他们却也是神安排在以色列周围的‘刺’,提醒以色列人要紧紧的跟随神。

二、求神施行拯救(V9-18)

1.神再次显大能(V9-12)

诗人在这里求神照过去对待仇敌的方式对待今日的仇敌。神过去是如何介入帮助及带领祂的子民,同样的,今天神也会照样介入,成为软弱百姓的倚靠。因此,若我们遇到一些困难,是我们不明白的,有可能是为了彰显神的大能。

2.神的名被高举(V13-18)

这首诗教导我们要关心神的荣耀。当我们落在苦难之中时,祈求神帮助不单是为自己,更是为了神的荣耀,叫那些逼迫的人知道耶和华是神。

总结:

神透过这篇诗篇在提醒我们,让我们在难处中不要失去异象。就算在仇敌的围困中,我们也是以神为中心,而不是以自己为中心;我们所专注的也不只是自己的得胜,而是神的名要被仇被高举。

Psalms 83: A Cry In Distress

Introduction:

This psalm is a lament that many enemies surrounded Judah to crush it. Therefore, they cried out to God to save them and give them victory.

1. Asking God Not to Be Silent (v1-8)

The poet asks God not to be silent and keep quiet, not to question God’s lovingkindness or criticize God’s indifference, but to express His firm faith and urgent expectation of God’s salvation.

(1) Enemies’ tumult to be cut off (V2-4)

The poet describes how the enemies of Judah agreed together to destroy the nation of Israel. They were all enemies of God, seeking to cut off God’s people and resist Him.
Christians today need to be alert. The enemies of the evil one can cause many values that resist God to seep into the hearts of God’s people through many channels, especially the Internet, movies, and other communication media, and cause Christians to fall into sin and not be able to extricate themselves from it!

(2) Enemies aligned to resist (V5-8)

There’s ten enemies mentioned here, although they did not attack Israel at the same time in history, but have long surrounded Israel with their eyes on the ground, creating difficulties for God’s people at every opportunity. In spite of this, they were also ‘thorns’ that God placed around Israel to remind Israel to follow God closely.

2. Ask God to Perform Salvation (V9-18)

(1) God shows His power again (V9-12)

Here the poet asks God to deal with today’s enemies in the same way He has dealt with His enemies in the past. In the same way God intervened in the past to help and lead His people, He will do the same today and be a support for the weak people. Therefore, if we encounter some difficulties that we do not understand, it may be for the purpose of demonstrating the power of God.

(2) God’s name is exalted (V13-18)

This verse teaches us to care for the glory of God. When we fall into distress, we pray for God’s help not only for ourselves, but for God’s glory, so that those who persecute may know that the LORD is God.
Conclusion:
God is reminding us through this Psalm that we should not lose our vision in the midst of difficult times. Even in the midst of the enemy’s siege, God is our center, not ourselves; and our focus is not just on our own victory, but on the fact that God’s name will be exalted by the enemy.

【面对审判】

引言:说到审判,大家就会想到法官!

一、面对公义审判神(V1-2)

【有权力者】是指谁呢?希伯来原文是“el”这字,这字一般上是指耶和华独一的真神。但是在原文字义注解中,这字也指一切的神明,灵界的权柄势力等。再看经文后半句说神要在诸多神明中施行审判。这表明权能的审判主要责备一切黑暗的权势、灵界权势、甚至这权力者所影响的地上权柄者。当人心不是信靠独一神,其实也就受控于灵界黑暗的诠释(弗2:1-4的观念)。当人没有按公义审判,甚至是偏袒恶人的,这要到几时呢?神的意思是要对不信靠神的权柄者说,不公义的领袖还不知悔改吗?

“你们审判不秉公义?”
让我们反省自己常做审判官吗?人很容易站在分别善恶树下就开始执行对他人的审判。人的审判很常是站在自己有限的认知观点,断定对方这错那错,就加以控诉和定罪。《启示录12:10 》形容魔鬼是昼夜控告弟兄的,所以我们要留心,免得自己也被恶者利用,当了不公义的“审判官”去定他人的罪。

不公义的审判甚至还偏袒包庇罪恶!如果你是权柄者,你是他人的上司、老板、有权威和权位者,你更要留心自己的处事是否公义?这是神所在乎的事!我们今天审判他人,但是有一天将面对神的审判。所以我们当如何面对神呢?

耶稣说《马太福音 6:14 -15》 “你们饶恕人的过犯,你们的天父也必饶恕你们的过犯;你们不饶恕人的过犯,你们的天父也必不饶恕你们的过犯。”按这样说,我们要多多学习爱与饶恕,而非审判与定罪。

二、执行公义行审判(V3-5)

1.为神兴起当当当(V3-4)

当为弱势者伸冤、当为贫乏者秉公、当保护拯救弱者。
这三个当的下文都是类似的,就是要为贫寒、孤苦弱势的人施行公义和伸冤,最终是要拯救他们脱离困境。由此可见,神特别怜悯弱势无助的人。当人愿意去帮助软弱的、无力的、贫乏的,受欺压的,神是喜悦的。难怪《箴言 19:17 》说:“怜悯贫穷的,就是借给耶和华,他的善行,耶和华必偿还。”

今天教会有关怀基金,关怀事工,有负担帮助弱势群体,相信这是神所喜悦的。想到当主耶稣出来传道的时候,宣读了以赛亚书61:1?其中就是提到有好消息要传给贫穷的人。当然这贫穷的人可以是指灵里的贫穷,也可以是包括物质上也贫穷。主的使命就是要拯救他们、医治他们、释放他们。这不也是这段经文的精神吗?

2.罪人败落摇摇摇(V5)

人因为无知,不肯跟从真理,而是使人继续活在放肆与不义的黑暗中,这导致大地的根基都摇撼了;仿佛连地球都站立不住了。想想今天的地球资源为什么会造成粮食短缺?空气污染?地球的健康寿命已经大受亏损,根基摇动,越来越不稳妥了。

罪人的败坏导致人的建造不断被摇晃,许多的破坏力、杀伤力、不断在经历摧毁。这不就是现今堕落社会的写照吗?

三、人本像神不属死(V6-8)

我们本有神的形象,我们是“elohiym”之子,是至高者的儿子。Elohim是旧约中对神的称呼,但这字也可以翻译成有神的形象、像神、有神的属性。然而人如果不是活出神的形象样式,人就是“一幅死相”!活出罪人的样式,在神眼中只有等候死亡与审判。然而,这本不是神的本意;神爱世人,祂愿意人人都经历拯救,得蒙祝福,经历活出神的样子。我们本来就有神的本相,要活出神的样式,何等尊贵荣耀不是吗?

原来我们的人生是两条路,有神而活出神的真理样式就是尊贵又荣耀。相反的如果没有神没有了真理,人基本再怎么努力活出他的最高品行,也只不过是人的有限境界中的“高”。离开得蒙赦罪而成为神儿女的尊贵还是天渊之别。这样的理解不能单以物质界来衡量,而需要从形而上的永恒视野来看。

原来我们可以拥有无比尊贵荣耀的身份与形象!

总结:免罪成为有福人

人生尽管有很多不完美的破坏、亏损、罪恶、黑暗•••,当世上的罪人都站在永恒的创造主面前,要一一面对审判的时候,谁能够站立得住呢?

这时才发现《罗马书 4:6-8》“ 正如大卫称那在行为以外蒙神算为义的人是有福的。他说:“得赦免其过、遮盖其罪的,这人是有福的;主不算为有罪的,这人是有福的。”我们若本着所领受的恩典而谦卑在主里面,我们就是有福的。

Psalm 82: Facing Judgement

Introduction:

When you think of a judgement, you think of a judge!

1. Facing God Who Judges Righteously

Who does “the mighty” refer to? The original Hebrew word is “el”, which generally refers to the one true God, Yahweh. But in the original word meaning commentary, this word also refers to all gods, spiritual powers, etc. Look at the second half of the verse, which says that God will execute judgment among many gods. This indicates that the judgment of the power will be primarily against all the powers of darkness, the spiritual powers, and even the earthly powers that this power has influenced. When the heart does not trust in the one God, it is also explained as in fact is under the control of spiritual darkness (the idea of Eph 2:1-4). How long will it be when men are not judged according to righteousness, even those who are partial to the wicked? Does God mean to say to those who do not trust in God’s authority that the unjust leaders do not yet know how to repent?

“How long will you judge unjustly,” Let us reflect on how often we are judges? It is easy to stand under the tree of knowledge of good and evil and begin to execute judgment on others. It is easy to judge from one’s own limited perceptions, conclude that the other person is wrong, and then accuse and condemn them. Revelation 12:10 describes the devil as an accuser of the brethren day and night, so let us beware lest we too be used by the evil one as an unjust “judge” to condemn others.

Unrighteous judgment even harbors sin! If you are a person in authority, if you are the boss, the boss of another person, the person in authority and power, how much more should you be careful to see if you are acting righteously? This is a matter of concern to God! We judge others today, but one day we will face the judgment of God. So how should we face God?

Jesus said in Matthew 6:14 -15 “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. According to this, we need to learn more about love and forgiveness, not judgment and condemnation.

2. Execution of Righteous Judgment (v3-5)

(1) Raise up for God (v3-4)

When justice is done for the weak, when justice is done for the poor, and when protection is given to save the weak.

The context of these three passages is similar, that is, to do justice and vindicate for the poor, the lonely, and the vulnerable, and ultimately to save them from their plight. This shows that God is especially merciful to the weak and helpless. God is pleased when people are willing to help the weak, the powerless, the destitute, and the oppressed. No wonder Proverbs 19:17 says, “He who has pity on the poor lends to the LORD,
And He will pay back what he has given.”

Today the church has a social care, a social care ministry, and a burden to help the less fortunate, which I believe is pleasing to God. When the Lord Jesus came out to preach, he read Isaiah 61:1, which says that there is good news to be preached to the poor. Of course, the poor can be poor in spirit, but they can also be poor in material things. The mission of the Lord is to save them, heal them, and set them free. Isn’t that also the spirit of this passage?

(2) The sinner is defeated and shaken (v5)

Man, through ignorance, refuses to follow the truth, but causes man to continue to live in the darkness of presumptuous and unrighteousness, which causes the foundations of the earth to be shaken; as if even the earth could not stand. Consider why the resources of the earth today are causing food shortages? Air pollution? The healthy life span of the earth has suffered greatly, and its foundations are shaken and becoming more and more precarious.

3. Man Is Like God and Not Dead

Elohim is the Old Testament name for God, but the word can also be translated as having the image of God, being like God, having the attributes of God. However, if man does not live in the image of God, man is “a dead image”! To live as a sinner is to await death and judgment in the eyes of God. However, this is not God’s intention; God loves the world, and He wants everyone to experience salvation, to be blessed, and to experience living as God. We are already in the image of God, and how honorable and glorious it is to live as God, isn’t it?

It turns out that our life is a two-way street. To have God and live His truth is to be honored and glorified. On the contrary, if there is no God and there is no truth, man’s basic efforts to live his highest character are only the “high” of the limited realm of man. It is still a far cry from the honor of being a child of God through the forgiveness of sins. Such an understanding cannot be measured in the material world alone, but needs to be viewed from the metaphysical perspective of eternity.

It turns out that we can have an incomparable status and image of honor and glory!

Conclusion: Free from sin and become a blessed person

Life, despite its many imperfections of destruction, loss, sin, and darkness – who will be able to stand when all the sinners of the world stand before the Eternal Creator and have to face judgment one by one?

This is when it was discovered that Romans 4:6-8 ” Just as David called blessed is he who is counted righteous by God apart from works. He said, ” 6 just as David also describes the blessedness of the man to whom God imputes righteousness apart from works: “Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven,
And whose sins are covered; Blessed is the man to whom the LORD shall not impute sin.” We are blessed if we humble ourselves in the Lord in the light of the grace we have received.

【当向神大声欢呼!】

引言:

诗篇81篇呼吁神的子民要守神的节期,并在节日时要向神大声欢呼。让我们在疫情的光景,透过这篇诗篇一起来领受:为什么要向神大声欢呼?又当如何能欢呼赞美神?

一、因是神律例 (V1-4)

V4因这是为以色列定的律例,是雅各神的典章。
原来这是神为祂的子民所定的律例。既然是神已定的,我们就当遵守。

现在疫情的逆境,把这章诗篇应用在我们当中,就是当捉住机会来教会敬拜神,趁有机会就应该回到神的殿中敬拜神,因为这些日子不是理所当然的!

二、因着神恩典 (V5-7)

这段经文是在数算神的恩典。因着神的恩典,神的子民当向神大声欢呼敬拜。

犹太人每逢节日便会特别记念神的恩典,因为神曾拯救他们脱离埃及人的辖制。现今我们基督徒每逢主日,更应该记念神的恩典,由衷地欢呼赞美神! 因为主耶稣已拯救我们脱离撒但的辖制了。因着神的恩典,我们要一起来敬拜感谢神!

三、因有神应许 (V8-10)

V10我是耶和华你的神,曾把你从埃及地领上来。你要大大张口,我就给你充满。
这是神的应许。神的子民当向神大声欢呼歌颂,因为神已有应许,要大大地充满我们!

神的应许都是真实的,愿意向寻求祂的人施恩,但问题在于人。很常不愿意向神张口,对神的渴慕不够,所以导致我们的灵性贫穷,也无法全心全意的地敬拜神。所以,我们就要凭信心求,在神的丰富中欢乐敬拜神。

四、因为神心意 (V11-16)

V13甚愿我的民肯听从我,以色列肯行我的道。
这是神对祂子民的心意,希望我们能听从行在神的道上。这也是基督徒得胜的秘诀。如果神的百姓肯听从行真道,那么神的美福就丰富的临到。包括: 蒙福得胜,吃得饱、穿得暖、得享平安和永生(V14-16)。

许多人受苦难便认为神是苦待人的,事实上神不苦待人,乃是人自己走上苦难的路途。

神向人存的意念是好的。只要人肯听从跟从祂,就必经历祂美好的心意。神向人存这么美好的意念,所以,我们是当向神大大的欢呼赞美!

总结:

因着神对世人的恩典、应许和心意,我们都当向神欢呼赞美!
特别今天在疫情中,我们更要确信神仍掌权,珍惜每个机会回到教会一起欢乐敬拜神。神要让我们大大得充满,以神为乐!由衷地从心向神感恩欢呼赞美神!

Psalms 81: Shout out to God!

Introduction:

Psalm 81 calls God’s people to keep God’s feasts and to shout to God at the festivals. In the light of the epidemic, let us take in this Psalm together: Why should we shout out to God? And how can we rejoice and praise God?

1. Because It is the Law of God (V1-4)

V4 For this is a statute for Israel, a law of the God of Jacob.
It turns out that this is the law of God for His people. Since God has ordained it, we should keep it.

Now with the adversity of the epidemic, applying this Psalm to us is to seize the opportunity to come to church and worship God, and to return to the house of God to worship God while we have the opportunity, because these days are not to be taken for granted!

2. By the Grace of God (V5-7)

This passage is counting the grace of God. By God’s grace, God’s people should worship God with a loud shout of joy.

The Jews especially remembered God’s grace on every feast because God had delivered them from Egyptian jurisdiction. Nowadays, we Christians should remember God’s grace every Sunday and praise God from the bottom of our hearts! For the Lord Jesus has saved us from the jurisdiction of Satan. By God’s grace, let us worship and thank God together!

3. Because of the Promise of God (V8-10)

V10 I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt; open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.
This is the promise of God. God’s people should shout out to God in joy and praise, for God has promised to fill us greatly!

God’s promises are all true and willing to show grace to those who seek Him, but the problem is with people. Often, we are not willing to open our mouths to God, and we do not have enough desire for Him, so that we are spiritually poor and cannot worship Him wholeheartedly. Therefore, we need to ask by faith, and worship God with joy in His abundance.

4. Because of God’s Heart (V11-16)

V13 Oh, that My people would listen to Me, that Israel would walk in My ways!
This is God’s heart for His people, that we would listen and walk in His ways. This is also the secret of Christian’s victory. If God’s people are willing to listen and walk in the truth, then God’s good blessings will come in abundance. These include: being blessed with victory, being fed, being clothed, and having peace and eternal life (V14-16).

Many people who suffered think that God is hard on people, but the truth is that God is not hard on people, but people themselves go on the path of suffering. God’s intentions toward man are good. If man will listen and follow Him, he will experience His good intentions. God has such good intentions for man, so let us rejoice and praise Him greatly!

Conclusion:

For God’s grace, promises and heart for the world, let us all rejoice and praise God!
Especially today in the midst of the epidemic, we should be sure that God is still in power and cherish every opportunity to return to church and worship God with joy. God wants us to be greatly filled and to rejoice in Him! Give thanks and praise to God from the bottom of our hearts!

【献上神喜悦的祭】

引言:

希伯来书12章的最后提到,我们既然得了不能震动的国,就应该感恩,照神所喜悦的,用虔诚、敬畏的心事奉神。所以我们具体要怎样来事奉神,向神来献上祂所喜悦的祭呢?今天希伯来书第13章将会很具体地教导我们要怎样去献上神所喜悦的祭。

一、活出敬虔生活的祭 (V1-18)

1. 爱心接待肢体 (V1-2)

肢体之间彼此相爱,尽地主之谊接待主内的肢体。

2. 纪念被捆之人(V3)

纪念为福音缘故而被囚受苦,甚至是坐牢的人,要与他们感同身受,体会他们肉身之内所受到的苦。

3. 活出性的圣洁 (V4)

尊重所有性的关系都只当在一夫一妻的婚姻关系中,当存着敬畏的心知道一切性犯罪的人都会遭受神的审判!

4. 因信靠而知足 (V5-6)

不要贪财,要怀着感恩知足的心,知道主必不丢弃我们,必要来帮助我们。

5. 效法好的榜样 (V7)

思念并效法那些对神有信心,并传递神话语给我们的好榜样,尤其留意他们过敬虔生活所活出来的生命成果!

6. 恩中成全律法 (V8-9)

靠神的恩典,而不再靠活出旧约中有关饮食的条例来过信仰生活。不要专注饮食,乃是要关注我们在灵性上有没有成长。

7. 不惧地上凌辱 (V10-14)

效法基督,不怕为福音的缘故而受的苦,思想我们在地上的日子乃是短暂的,盼望进入那将来永存的城 – 就是新天新地。

8. 结出颂赞果子 (V15)

结出嘴唇中赞美的果子,生命无论走在什么样的阶段都能选择来赞美神!

9. 行善捐输的祭 (V16)

活出神的心意,对有需要的人提供援助。

二、建立肢体关系的祭 (V17-24)

前面的祭比较提到个人的层面,第二部分是有关在肢体关系里,怎样能够活出神的心意。

1.体会领袖用心 (V17)

依从属灵领袖,体会他们的用心,牧人就是一直为着羊群的灵魂在警醒,要让我们的领袖在牧养中有喜乐!

2.彼此守望代祷 (V18-21)

作者让希伯来书收信的信徒为他们祷告,好除掉能让大家彼此见面的拦阻;也求神保守希伯来信徒,能够行出神的旨意!要看重肢体间彼此代祷的重要性!

3. 渴望圣徒相交 (V22-23)

渴望能够彼此见面相交!

4. 彼此祝福问安 (V24-25)

肢体间彼此祝福和问候。

总结:

希伯来书来到第13章,作者写到最后,继续在勉励我们要坚持信仰,并要定意活出讨神喜悦的生命,向神献上神所喜悦的祭。就是对我们个人来说,我们要献上过敬虔生活的祭;就我们的肢体关系来说,我们要去彼此理解相爱,也为着彼此常常代祷,过彼此相交的生活!

Introduction:

At the end of Hebrews 12, it is mentioned that since we have received a kingdom that cannot be shaken, we should be thankful and serve God with godliness and reverence as He pleases. So how do we specifically serve God and offer to Him the sacrifices that are pleasing to Him? Today Hebrews 13 will teach us very specifically how to offer sacrifices that are pleasing to God.

1. The Sacrifice of Living a Godly Life (v1-18)

(1) Receive members with love (v1-2)

The members love one another and receive the members of the Lord as a host.

(2) Remember the prisoners (v3)

Remember those who are imprisoned and suffering for the sake of the gospel, even in prison, and empathize with them, experiencing their sufferings within the flesh.

(3) Living out sexual holiness (v4)

Respect all sexual relationships only in monogamous marriage, knowing with reverence that all those who sin sexually will suffer the judgment of God!

(4) Contentment through trust (v5-6)

Do not be greedy for money, but with gratitude and contentment, knowing that the Lord will not forsake us, but will come to our aid.

(5) Follow a good example (v7)

Think of and follow the good examples of those who have faith in God and have passed on His Word to us, and pay particular attention to the fruits of their lives lived out by living a godly life!

(6) The Law of Becoming Whole in Grace (v8-9)

Live a life of faith by God’s grace, and no longer by living out the Old Testament regulations concerning diet. Do not focus on diet, but on whether we are growing spiritually.

(7) No Fear in the humiliation on the earth (v10-14)

Imitate Christ, not being afraid of suffering for the sake of the gospel, thinking that our days on earth are short, and looking forward to entering the city that will endure forever – the new heaven and the new earth.

(8) Bearing the fruit of praise (v15)

Produce the fruit of praise in your lips, and choose to praise God no matter what stage of life you are walking in!

(9) The sacrifice of good deeds and donations (v16)

Live the heart of God and provide assistance to those in need.

2. The Sacrifice that Establishes Relationship between Members (v17-24)

The first part of the service was more on a personal level, and the second part was about how to live out the heart of God in a relationship between members.

(1) Experience the leader’s heart (v17)

By following spiritual leaders and experiencing their intentions, shepherds are always on the alert for the souls of their flock, so that our leaders may have joy in shepherding!

(2) Keeping watch of one another in intercession (v18-21)

The author asks the believers of the letter to the Hebrews to pray for them, so that they may remove the hindrances that would enable them to meet each other; and that God may keep the Hebrew believers to do the will of God! To see the importance of intercession among members for one another!

(3) Desire for the fellowship of the saints (v22-23)

The desire to meet and befriend each other!

(4) Bless and greet each other (v24-25)

Blessings and greetings from the members to each other.

Conclusion:

As we come to the end of Hebrews 13, the author continues to exhort us to persevere in our faith and to be determined to live lives that are pleasing to God and to offer sacrifices that are pleasing to God. That is, for us as individuals, we are to offer the sacrifice of living a godly life, and for us as a body, we are to understand and love one another, and to pray for one another often, and to live in fellowship with one another!

1 利慕伊勒王的言语,是他母亲教训他的真言。

2 我的儿阿,我腹中生的儿阿,我许愿得的儿阿,我当怎样教训你呢?

3 不要将你的精力给妇女,也不要有败坏君王的行为。

4 利慕伊勒阿,君王喝酒,君王喝酒不相宜。王子说,浓酒在那里也不相宜。

5 恐怕喝了就忘记律例,颠倒一切困苦人的是非。

6 可以把浓酒给将亡的人喝。把清酒给苦心的人喝。

7 让他喝了,就忘记他的贫穷,不再记念他的苦楚。

8 你当为哑吧(或作不能自辨的)开口,为一切孤独的伸冤。

9 你当开口按公义判断,为困苦和穷乏的辨屈。

10 才德的妇人,谁能得着呢?她的价值远胜过珍珠。

11 她丈夫心里倚靠她,必不缺少利益。

12 她一生使丈夫有益无损。

13 她寻找羊绒和麻,甘心用手作工。

14 她好像商船从远方运粮来。

25 能力和威仪,是她的衣服。她想到日后的景况就喜笑。

26 她开口就发智慧。她舌上有仁慈的法则。

27 她观察家务,并不吃闲饭。

28 她的儿女起来称她有福。她的丈夫也称赞她,

29 说,才德的女子很多,惟独你超过一切。

30 艳丽是虚假的。美容是虚浮的。惟敬畏耶和华的妇女,必得称赞。

31 愿她享受操作所得的。愿她的工作,在城门口荣耀她。

1 雅基的儿子亚古珥的言语, 就是真言。 这人对以铁和乌甲说,

2 我比众人更蠢笨, 也没有人的聪明。

3 我没有学好智慧。 也不认识至圣者。

4 谁升天又降下来?谁聚风在掌握中?谁包水在衣服里?谁立定地的四极?他名叫什么?他儿子名
叫什么?你知道吗?

5 神的言语, 句句都是炼净的, 投靠他的, 他便作他们的盾牌。

6 他的言语, 你不可加添。 恐怕他责备你, 你就显为说谎言的。

7 我求你两件事, 在我未死之先, 不要不赐给我。

8 求你使虚假和谎言远离我。 使我也不贫穷, 也不富足, 赐给我需用的饮食。

9 恐怕我饱足不认你, 说, 耶和华是谁呢?又恐怕我贫穷就偷窃, 以致亵渎我神的名。

22 就是仆人作王。愚顽人吃饱。

23 丑恶的女子出嫁。婢女接续主母。

24 地上有四样小物,却甚聪明。

25 蚂蚁是无力之类,却在夏天预备粮食。

26 沙番是软弱之类,却在磐石中造房。

27 蝗虫没有君王,却分队而出。

28 守宫用爪抓墙,却住在王宫。

29 步行威武的有三样,连行走威武的共有四样。

30 就是狮子乃百兽中最为猛烈,无所躲避的。

31 猎狗,公山羊,和无人能敌的君王。

32 你若行事愚顽,自高自傲,或是怀了恶念,就当用手捂口。

箴言29

1 人屡次受责罚,仍然硬着颈项,他必顷刻败坏,无法可治。

2 义人增多,民就喜乐。恶人掌权,民就叹息。

3 爱慕智慧的,使父亲喜乐。与妓女结交的,却浪费钱财。

4 王借公平,使国坚定。索要贿赂,使国倾败。

5 谄媚邻舍的,就是设网罗绊他的脚。

6 恶人犯罪,自陷网罗。惟独义人,欢呼喜乐。

7 义人知道查明穷人的案。恶人没有聪明,就不得而知。

8 亵慢人煽惑通城。智慧人止息众怒。

9 智慧人与愚妄人相争,或怒,或笑,总不能使他止息。

10 好流人血的,恨恶完全人。索取正直人的性命。

11 愚妄人怒气全发。智慧人忍气含怒。

12 君王若听谎言,他一切臣仆都是奸恶。

13 贫穷人,强暴人,在世相遇,他们的眼目,都蒙耶和华光照。

14 君王凭诚实判断穷人,他的国位,必永远坚立。

15 杖打和责备,能加增智慧。放纵的儿子,使母亲羞愧。

16 恶人加多,过犯也加多。义人必看见他们跌倒。

17 管教你的儿子,他就使你得安息,也必使你心里喜乐。

18 没有异象,(或作默示)民就放肆。惟遵守律法的,便为有福。

19 只用言语,仆人不肯受管教,他虽然明白,也不留意。

20 你见言语急躁的人吗?愚昧人比他更有指望。

21 人将仆人从小娇养,这仆人终久必成了他的儿子。

22 好气的人,挑启争端。暴怒的人,多多犯罪。

23 人的高傲,必使他卑下。心里谦逊的,必得尊荣。

24 人与盗贼分赃,是恨恶自己的性命。他听见叫人发誓的声音,却不言语。

25 惧怕人的陷入网罗。惟有倚靠耶和华的,必得安稳。

26 求王恩的人多。定人事乃在耶和华。

27 为非作歹的,被义人憎嫌。行事正直的,被恶人憎恶。

【更美的道路】

引言:你有信心吗?

一次的运动会跑第二名,没得到奖品,因为跑错路了。

一、凭信心奔跑道路(V1-4)

「既有这许多的见证人」预备好为主殉道者。
「如同云彩围着我们」:描述很多人,也是属天的见证和目标。
「脱去容易缠累我们的罪」:『脱去』指如同脱去衣服;指长袍大衣紧紧包裹我们身体。
「仰望为我们信心创始成终的耶稣」 关注,凝视。先有所『望断』,然后才能有所『专注』;我们若非有所不望,就不能单单仰望主。

二、受管教归正道路(V5-14)

「你们又忘了那劝你们如同劝儿子的话,说:我儿」
『忘了』原文 提醒。
『轻看管教』指不以为然,纠正、责备等。指父亲对儿子的归正。
「何况万灵的父」 『灵』 指人永存的价值,属灵的教导。

三、更美约属天道路(V15-19)

『毒根』对人怀恨和苦毒。错误的根基。如以扫「他因一点食物把自己长子的名分卖了」
摩西说:“我甚是恐惧战兢「恐惧』指里面的感觉;『战兢』指外面的态度。
「来到锡安山』锡安山则预表新约在恩典之下,西乃山可预表旧约在律法之下。
『不能震动的国』指神的国或天国,地上的国能被震动,会被灭没,但神的国不能被震动,是要永远长存的,已经重生属于天国里(约三5),已经迁到祂爱子的国里(西一13),已经和众信徒在耶稣的国度里一同有分(启一9),同享祂国度的权柄和荣耀(启三21)。

总结:

信心伟人的见证成为我们今日走天路的榜样,我们今日也有这个时代的挑战,但我们仰望为我们信心创始成终耶稣,我们也必因着万灵的父的修正及中保耶稣代祷,成为这个时代的福音见证者。我们已经与信心伟人同得了不能震动的国,所以就当感恩,照神所喜悦的,用虔诚、敬畏的心侍奉神。

Introduction:

Was a first runner up in one of the games and didn’t get a prize because he ran the wrong way.

1. Running the Way by Faith (v1-4)

“Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by witnesses” prepared to be martyrs for the Lord.
“so great a cloud of “: describing the many, also the heavenly witness and goal.
“Let us lay aside the sin which so easily ensnares us”: “Lay aside” means as we take off our clothes; it means a robe and a coat wrapped tightly around our body.
“Looking to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith” Focus, gaze. To have a “vision” before one can “focus”; we cannot look to the Lord alone unless we have something to look for.

2. Receiving Discipline and Return to the Way of Righteousness (v5-14)

“And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons: “My son,”
“Forgotten” was defined as reminder in the original text.
The word “despise the chastening ” refers to disbelief, correction, rebuke, etc. It refers to the father corrects his son for him to return to the right path.
“Father of Spirits”, “Spirit” refers to the eternal value of man, spiritual teaching.

3. The Heavenly Path of the More Beautiful Covenant (v15-19)

The “root of bitterness” is hatred and bitterness toward people. The root of error. For example, Esau, he sold his firstborn son’s name for a little food.
Moses said, “I am exceedingly afraid and trembling” “Afraid” refers to the inner feeling; “trembling” refers to the outer attitude.
“Mount Zion” means the new covenant under grace; Mount Sinai means the old covenant under the law.
“A kingdom which cannot be shaken” refers to the kingdom of God or the heaven. The earthly kingdoms can be shaken and will be destroyed, but the kingdom of God cannot be shaken and will endure forever, having been born again into the kingdom of heaven (John 3:5), having been transferred to the kingdom of His Son of His love (Col. 1:13), having been partakers with all believers in the kingdom of Jesus (Rev. 1:9), and sharing in the power and glory of His kingdom (Rev. 3:21).

Conclusion:

The testimony of the great men of faith becomes our example for our heavenly walk today. We also have the challenges of this age today, but we look to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, and we will be witnesses of the gospel in this age through the correction of the Father of all spirits and the intercession of Jesus, the Mediator. We have received the unshakable kingdom with the great men of faith, so let us be thankful and serve God with devotion and fear, as God desires.
