【等候基督再来的生活】

引言:好料沉底

一、更深认识与信靠神(v1-13)

基于人性的软弱,我们在等候主再来的时刻,很容易会因日复一日的平静、物质世界的诱惑或在忙碌中而灵性昏睡,掉入那些好讥诮的人所说的话,而随从自己的私欲。所以,我们对主的认识有多深,祂是一位怎样的神?是非常关键的。

1. 言行一致的信实神(v3-7)

当时主耶稣已经升天大约三十年了,但还没有再来;因此,有假教师起来讥诮嘲讽,对信徒说不会有末日的审判和主的再来。目的是要抹杀神要人儆醒等候主再来的命令,并满足自己的私欲,继续过淫乱、宴乐、贪爱世属的生活。

使徒彼得以天地如何凭神的命令造成、古时的世界如何在挪亚时代,因受到神的审判,被洪水消灭来提醒信徒,要认识神是那位言行一致信实的神。祂必会再来,并且一切不敬虔的恶人也将按神不变的话语,受到火的审判而灭亡。

2. 怜悯宽容的公义神(v8-13)

彼得接着回答那讥诮人说提问的“主要降临的应许在那里呢?” 彼得提醒信徒不要忘记永恒的主不受时间的限制。因此祂看时间的角度是和我们不一样的。主看一日如千年,千年如一日。末后的审判迟迟之所以未到不是因为神耽延,而是出于神的怜悯慈爱属性,宽容使人人都能得救。并且在主宽容的日子里,信徒可以竭力追求生命成长、成熟,活出圣洁敬虔的生命,预备面对公义神的审判。

二、殷勤与忍耐的等候(v14-18)

1. 长久忍耐的持守圣洁(v14-16)

信徒既知道主必会再来,带领我们进入新天新地,就当在生命的圣洁上殷勤持守。生命是在苦难的日子里被塑造,而且生命的塑造是需要时间和努力去坚持才会生根结出果子的。这样才不会反反复复,并且是好了要再更好,以至于能达到使自己没有玷污,无可指摘,得以安然见主。

2. 在恩典和知识上长进(v17-18)

彼得说信徒既然预先知道有人会强解圣经,自取沉沦,就要在主的恩典和知识上长进。防备且不让恶人的错谬给诱惑。真理只有一个,错谬的教导却是层出不穷;所以最好的方法,就是用真理来装备自己。就像当银行柜台的服务员或钱币兑换商,摸惯了真钞票,一摸到假钱,就能很快分辨出来。

除此以外,防备假师傅的另一个方法,就是属灵生命的长进上不停止追求。基督的伟大和奥秘,是我们用尽一生都无法完全透测的。让我们不浪费或滥用神给我们的恩典,在恩典宽容的时间里不断的追求长进,更认识主。

总结:

在这天灾人祸不断发生的时刻,求圣灵保守我们在等候基督再来的生活上站立得稳,把我们拉离开猜疑的信心,不再因生活肤浅的经历或享乐,使生命无法扎根。在这人人以为主耽延,其实是宽容我们的时刻,在所信的道上恒心,认真在每一个不容易的环境里, 竭力的去捞锅中神要给我们的好料,让我们的生命上要更加地圣洁与敬虔,在主的恩典和知识上不断长进,体验神恩手的拖带,进入神的心意,为主作美好的见证。

Introduction: Good stuff sinks to the bottom

I. Deeper understanding and trust in God (v1-13)

Due to the weakness of human nature, when we wait for the Lord’s return, it is easy for us to fall into a spiritual slumber due to the daily serenity, the temptation of the material world, or the busyness that caused us to be asleep spirituality, fall into the words of scoffer and follow our own desires. So, how deeply do we know the Lord and what kind of God is He? It is very critical.

1. A faithful God who is consistent in his words and deeds (v3-7)

At that time, it had been about thirty years since the Lord Jesus ascended into heaven, but he had not yet come again; therefore, some false teachers rose up to ridicule and sneer, saying to believers that there would be no last day of judgment and the Lord’s return. The purpose is to obliterate God’s command to be watchful and waiting for the Lord’s return, furthermore, to satisfy one’s own desires and continue to live a life of fornication, pleasure, and lust of the world.

Through showing how the heaven and the earth were created by God’s command, and how the ancient world was judged by God and destroyed by a flood in Noah’s time, the apostle Peter reminded believers that God is one who is consistent and faithful in His words and deeds. He will come again, and all the ungodly and wicked will be judged by fire and perish according to the unchanging Word of God.

2. The mercy and tolerance of God of Justice (v8-13)

Peter went on to answer the scoffer’s question, “Where is the promise of the Lord’s coming?” Peter reminded believers not to forget that the eternal Lord is not limited by time. He sees time differently than we do. To the Lord, one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The reason why the last judgment has not arrived is not because of God’s delay, but because of God’s mercy and love, tolerance enables everyone to be saved. And in the days of the Lord’s forbearance, believers can strive for growth and maturity in life, live out a holy and godly life, so as to be prepared to face the judgment of a righteous God.

II. Diligent and patient waiting (v14-18)

1. Endurance in preserving holiness (v14-16)

Since believers know that the Lord will come again and lead us into the new heaven and new earth, they should diligently preserving the holiness of life. Life is shaped in difficult days, and the shaping of life takes time and hard work to take root and bear fruit. In this way, it will not be repetitive, and if it is good, it will be better, so that it can make oneself undefiled and blameless, and can see the Lord in peace.

2. Grow in grace and knowledge (v17-18)

Peter said that since believers knew in advance that someone would forcefully interpret the Bible and bring about their own destruction, they should grow in the Lord’s grace and knowledge. Beware of and not be tempted by the mistakes of the wicked. There is only one truth, and there are many false teachings; so, the best way is to equip yourself with the truth. Just like a cashier at a bank counter or a money changer, who got used to touching real notes, and so can quickly distinguish counterfeit money when touches it.

In addition to this, another way to guard against false teachers is to keep pursuing spiritual growth. The greatness and mystery of Christ cannot be fully understood by our whole life. Let us not waste or abuse the grace of God has given us and continue to pursue growth and know the Lord better in the time of mercy and tolerance.

Conclusion:

At this time when natural and man-made disasters continue to occur, ask the Holy Spirit to keep us standing firm in the life of waiting for the return of Christ, to pull us away from our doubtful faith, and to stop our life from being unable to take root because of superficial life experiences or pleasures. At this time when everyone thinks that the Lord is procrastinating, it is actually tolerant of us, persevering in the way we believe, earnestly in every difficult environment, and striving to grab the good stuffs that God wants to give us in the pot, and let our life become more holy and godly, grow in the Lord’s grace and knowledge, experience the holding of God’s gracious hand, enter into God’s will, and be a good testimony for the Lord.

【黑白信仰两面观】

引言:

魔鬼不断找机会破坏教会!教会所面对更大的危险,不是外来的攻击或逼迫,而是从内部出来搞破坏,就是扭曲人的信念!

一、提防陷害人的异端(V1-3)

神是真的,基督信仰是好的,教会和信徒理当是传扬救恩和美善生命的见证人;但是教会难免遇见黑暗蒙骗者的入侵,以至真道被毁谤和扭曲。要提防异端就是要扎根于纯正和全面的光明真理。什么是黑暗而非真理的呢?毁谤、贪心、捏造、取利,这是异端的特质。

二、神不宽容不悔改者(V4-7)

天使本来是神差使,是光明的美善的,然而其中也有堕落的。他们一旦堕落和背叛神,就陷入了黑暗的区域,成为地狱之子,等候审判和永远的沉沦。无论是天使或者历史中所看到的人类,包括后世代,一直到如今不也一样吗?不知悔改就没有宽赦,结局就是地狱的判决。

三、义心伤痛蒙主搭救(V8-9)

义人是因为“出污泥而不染”!虽然身处黑暗的世界,但是有神的真理作准则就是要活出光明的榜样。与神的心同感一灵,为罪人忧伤难过。唯有敬虔人蒙神保守脱离试探,免于刑罚和审判。

四、说话得当显出灵性(V10-12)

是黑是白在乎灵性!有灵性就是有神的属性,越有神的属性就越少肉体的欲望血气。越没有灵性的人越容易随从肉体情欲,无法自我约束就失去分寸。口不遮栏就容易祸从口出,就带下破坏滥杀无辜。

五、不义败亡失去救恩(V13-22)

黑暗惯了就是多行不义,不但自己犯罪,而且还会引诱人一同堕落。结局是【有墨黑的幽暗】为他们存留。这些不是指着外邦人,而是基督徒,曾经认识耶稣基督而脱离污秽黑暗的人,但是后来又重蹈覆辙,还不如不信的好。因为后者还有机会。

总结:立志走在正道上

义人的光明路?恶人的黑暗路?你作什么选择呢?如何做正确选择,立志走在正道上,在于对真理的全面认识。我们知道末世的属灵争战更大,如果不是透过圣灵的帮助,我们就无法正确的认识真理;因此我们是需要圣灵与真理并行。

Introduction:

Demons are constantly looking for opportunities to destroy the Church! The greater danger facing the church is not external attacks or persecution, but destruction from within, the distortion of human beliefs!

1.Beware of heresies that trap people (v1-3)

God is true, the Christian faith is good, and the church and believers are supposed to be witnesses to the preaching of salvation and good life; but the church inevitably encounters the invasion of the deceivers of darkness, so that the truth is slandered and distorted. To guard against heresy is to be rooted in the pure and comprehensive truth of light. What is darkness and not truth? Slander, greed, fabrication, and profit-taking are the characteristics of heresy.

2. God does not tolerate the unrepentant (V4-7)

Angels are originally sent by God, and are bright and good, yet there are fallen ones among them. Once they fell and betrayed God, they fell into the region of darkness and became sons of hell, awaiting judgment and eternal corruption. Is it not the same with both the angels and the human beings seen in history, including the latter generations, up to the present day? Without repentance there is no forgiveness, and the end is the judgment of hell.

3. The righteous heart is wounded and saved by the Lord (V8-9)

A righteous man is righteous because he “emerge unstained from the filth “! Although they are in a world of darkness, they have God’s truth as a guideline to live as an example of light. We feel the same spirit with the heart of God, and grieve for sinners. Only a godly man is kept by God from temptation, from punishment and judgment.

4. speak properly to reveal the spirituality (V10-12)

Spirituality is what matters, whether it is black or white! To have spirituality is to have the attributes of God, and the more you have the attributes of God, the less you have the desires of the flesh and blood. The less spiritual a person is, the easier it is to follow the lusts of the flesh. If you blab, you will easily get into trouble, and you will bring down destruction and kill the innocent.

5. Unrighteousness and defeat and loss of salvation (V13-22)

Habitually in darkness will lead to much iniquity, not only their own sin, but also will lead people to fall with them. The end is that [blackness of darkness] remains for them. These do not refer to Gentiles, but to Christians, those who once knew Jesus Christ and were freed from filthy darkness, but then returned to it, and were better off not believing. For the latter still have a chance.

Conclusion: Determined to walk on the right path

The path of light for the righteous? The dark path of the wicked? What choice do you make? How to make the right choice, and to be determined to walk in the right way, lies in a comprehensive knowledge of the truth. We know that the spiritual warfare in the last days is greater, and we cannot know the truth correctly without the help of the Holy Spirit; therefore, we need the Holy Spirit and the truth to go hand in hand.

【认定基督,渴慕成长】

引言:

彼得写这第二封书信时,其实是已经知道自己快要离世了,这是他临终前最重要的交代!

一、渴慕生命的成长

1.看重生命和虔敬(1-4)

因着认识这位用自己荣耀和美德召我们的主,神就把一切关乎生命和虔敬赐给我们每一位神的儿女。因此我们都要渴慕去活出神的性情,脱离败坏的情欲,从而就完全地得着神所给我们的宝贵应许!

2.生命八阶中成长(5-11)

神儿女的生命不应只停在罪得赦免的状态而已,而是要开始因着对神的信心,而活出德行来,然后也领受属天的知识,活出节制、忍耐并虔敬的生命,以至于最终能够爱弟兄,爱众人。所以说信主后,我们的生命要结出果子,这样我们才能在信主的道路上坚定不移地走下去,以至于最终丰丰富富地进入到神的国里!

二、纪念主必要降临

1.当纪念使徒的劝诫(12-18)

神的儿女当纪念亲身与耶稣一起生活过的初代使徒彼得的劝诫,看重属灵生命的成长,耶稣的的确确就是永生神的儿子,并且祂必要再来,所以我们务要为了主的再来,而预备好自己。

2.当纪念先知的劝诫(19-21)

神的儿女当纪念众先知所指着主耶稣所发的预言,而且不要透过自己的意思和想法去解读,却是要透过圣灵去理解这些的预言。这些预言都是在为基督做见证,同样也是在劝诫我们,耶稣基督就是万有的主宰和真神。面对主的再来,我们都当预备好自己。

总结:

信主过后,神的儿女们不要只停留在罪得赦免的阶段,要看重生命和虔敬的事,要渴慕灵命不断经历成长。因为使徒和历代的先知都为耶稣基督做了见证,祂确确实实就是神的儿子,祂必要再来。神的儿女都当为了主的再来,而做好准备!

Introduction:

When Peter wrote this second epistle, he actually knew that he was going to die, and this was his most important account before he died!

1. Desire for Growth in Life

(1) Valuing Life and Godliness (1-4)

Through the knowledge of the Lord, who called us by His glory and virtue, God has given to each of us children of God everything that concerns life and godliness. Therefore, we all need to desire to live the nature of God and to be free from corrupt lusts, so that we may fully receive the precious promises that God has given us!

(2) Growth in the eight stages of life (5-11)

The life of a child of God should not stop at the state of forgiveness of sins, but begin to live virtuously through faith in God, and then also receive heavenly knowledge, and live a life of temperance, patience, and godliness, so that we can finally love our brothers and all people. Therefore, after believing in Christ, our lives must bear fruit, so that we can continue steadfastly on the path of believing in Christ and eventually enter the kingdom of God in abundance!

2. Remembering that the Lord will return

(1) Remember the apostle’s exhortation (12-18)

The children of God should remember the exhortation of Peter, the first apostle, who lived with Jesus personally, and look heavily on the growth of spiritual life. Jesus is indeed the Son of the living God, and that He will come again, so we must prepare ourselves for the coming of the Lord.

(2) Remember the exhortations of the prophets (19-21)

The children of God should remember the prophecies of the prophets, which were directed to the Lord Jesus, and not interpret them through their own meanings or thoughts, but understand them through the Holy Spirit. These prophecies testify for Christ, and also exhort us that Jesus Christ is the Lord and true God of all. We should all prepare ourselves for the coming of the Lord.

Conclusion:

After believing in Christ, the children of God do not stop at the stage of the forgiveness of sins, but look heavily on the things of life and godliness, and desire to experience constant spiritual growth. For the apostles and the prophets of the ages testify that Jesus Christ is indeed the Son of God, and that He will come again. All the children of God should be prepared for the Lord’s return!

1 万民哪,你们都当听这话,世上一切的居民,

2 无论上流下流,富足贫穷,都当留心听。

3 我口要说智慧的言语。我心要想通达的道理。

4 我要侧耳听比喻,用琴解谜语。

5 在患难的日子,奸恶随我脚跟,四面环绕我,我何必惧怕?

6 那些倚仗财货自夸钱财多的人,

7 一个也无法赎自己的弟兄,也不能替他将赎价给神,

8-9 叫他长远活着,不见朽坏。因为赎他生命的价值极贵,只可永远罢休。

10 他必见智慧人死, 又见愚顽人和畜类人一同灭亡,将他们的财货留给别人。

11 他们心里思想,他们的家室必永存,住宅必留到万代。他们以自己的名称自己的地。

12 但人居尊贵中不能长久,如同死亡的畜类一样。

13 他们行的这道,本为自己的愚昧。但他们以后的人,还佩服他们的话语。(细拉)

2 锡安山,大君王的城,在北面居高华美,为全地所喜悦。

3 神在其宫中自显为避难所。

4 看哪,众王会合,一同经过。

5 他们见了这城,就惊奇丧胆,急忙逃跑。

6 他们在那里被战兢疼痛抓住,好像产难的妇人一样。

7 神啊,你用东风打破他施的船只。

8 我们在万军之耶和华的城中,就是我们神的城中,所看见的,正如我们所听见的。神必坚立这

2 因为耶和华至高者是可畏的。他是治理全地的大君王。

3 他叫万民服在我们以下,又叫列邦服在我们脚下。

4 他为我们选择产业,就是他所爱之雅各的荣耀。(细拉)

5 神上升,有喊声相送。耶和华上升,有角声相送。

6 你们要向神歌颂,歌颂,向我们王歌颂,歌颂。

7 因为神是全地的王。你们要用悟性歌颂。

8 神作王治理万国。神坐在他的圣宝座上。

【末后的审判】

引言:

一、预吹七号的七天使(V1-5)

天使揭开第七印的时候,天上寂静约有二刻。这是一种预备,也是在等候,更表示七号要比七印的灾更加厉害。在旧约圣经里,号吹响的声音,代表战斗的警报,号声也是用来召聚神的子民。这七枝号将要吹响,作为神在大灾难期间发出的审判警报。

二、吹响前四号的灾难(V6-12)

四枝号吹响说明神的审判开始了,神要审判世人的生活环境。得胜者有权柄参与末后的审判,神也曾经把万物的管理权给人,虽然人曾经犯罪,但耶稣已经得胜,就夺回了审判权、管理权和使用权。天使吹响前四号,这个世界就从天上到地上开始发生改变。灾害只是毁坏三分之一,神仍在给人悔改的机会。

三、要吹后三号的警告(V13)

三位天使要吹那其余的号之前,有一只鹰飞在空中,并大声告诉住在地上的民:祸哉!祸哉!祸哉!这是最后能回应福音的机会,从第四章我们可以看出鹰是耶稣的预表,代表神的审判。

总结:

要去认知,我们的祷告是何等的重要,它们与末后的审判息息相关。在前四号的响声过后,神审判了世界万物,神以物质界在向人说话,要叫今天的人认识到,灾难的增多是末世的前兆,罪人都当悔改。

Introduction:

1. Pre-blown Seven’s Seven Angels(V1-5)

The seven angels who pre-blow the seventh trumpet(V1-5)
When the angel opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for half an hour. This was a preparation and a waiting, and it indicated that the seven trumpets would be more powerful than the plagues of the seven seals. In the Old Testament, the sound of the trumpet blowing represents the alarm of battle, and the sound of the trumpet is also used to gather the people of God. These seven trumpets will be blown as a warning of God’s judgment during the Great Tribulation.

2. The disaster of blowing the first four trumpets(V6-12)

The blowing of the four trumpets indicates the beginning of God’s judgment, and that God will judge the circumstances of the world’s life. The overcomers have the authority to participate in the last judgment. God had also given the management of all things to man, and although man had sinned, Jesus had won the victory and took back the authority to judge, manage, and use. The angel blew the first four trumpets, and the world began to change from heaven to earth. The disaster only destroyed a third of it, and God is still giving man the opportunity to repent.

3. The warning before blowing the last three trumpets(V13)

And before the three angels were about to blow the rest of those trumpets, an eagle flew in the air, and told with a loud voice to the people dwelling on the earth, Woe! Woe! Woe! This is the last chance to respond to the gospel, and we can see from chapter 4 that the eagle is a foreshadowing of Jesus and represents God’s judgment.

Conclusion:

It is important to recognise how important our prayers are, and how they are related to the end-time judgment. After the sounding of the first four trumpets, God judged all things in the world, and God is speaking to people in the material world, to call people today to realise that the increase of disasters is a precursor of the end times, and that all sinners should repent.

要去认知,我们的祷告是何等的重要,它们与末后的审判息息相关。在前四号的响声过后,神审判了世界万物,神以物质界在向人说话,要叫今天的人认识到,灾难的增多是末世的前兆,罪人都当悔改。

Introduction:

1. Pre-blown Seven’s Seven Angels(V1-5)

The seven angels who pre-blow the seventh trumpet(V1-5)
When the angel opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for half an hour. This was a preparation and a waiting, and it indicated that the seven trumpets would be more powerful than the plagues of the seven seals. In the Old Testament, the sound of the trumpet blowing represents the alarm of battle, and the sound of the trumpet is also used to gather the people of God. These seven trumpets will be blown as a warning of God’s judgment during the Great Tribulation.

2. The disaster of blowing the first four trumpets(V6-12)

The blowing of the four trumpets indicates the beginning of God’s judgment, and that God will judge the circumstances of the world’s life. The overcomers have the authority to participate in the last judgment. God had also given the management of all things to man, and although man had sinned, Jesus had won the victory and took back the authority to judge, manage, and use. The angel blew the first four trumpets, and the world began to change from heaven to earth. The disaster only destroyed a third of it, and God is still giving man the opportunity to repent.

3. The warning before blowing the last three trumpets(V13)

And before the three angels were about to blow the rest of those trumpets, an eagle flew in the air, and told with a loud voice to the people dwelling on the earth, Woe! Woe! Woe! This is the last chance to respond to the gospel, and we can see from chapter 4 that the eagle is a foreshadowing of Jesus and represents God’s judgment.

Conclusion:

It is important to recognise how important our prayers are, and how they are related to the end-time judgment. After the sounding of the first four trumpets, God judged all things in the world, and God is speaking to people in the material world, to call people today to realise that the increase of disasters is a precursor of the end times, and that all sinners should repent.

在末后的日子,我们会经历许多的患难。然而,我们却看见神的保守,透过

一、选民要受印(V1-8)

1. 神的仆人 (V1-3)

那些受「永生神的印」的人,就是被分别出来事奉神的「我们神众仆人」。

今天,我们这些重生的信徒都受了圣灵的「印记」,我们都应当是事奉神的人,也是在神的保护底下。

2. 十二支派 (V4-8)

十二个支派都有受神印记的人,就是那些心里愿意和渴慕神的人。他们必在大患难中蒙神保守。

对今天的我们来说,凡事心里愿意和渴慕神的人,也必有印记在我们的额上,也必在大患难中蒙神保守。

二、救恩的应许 (V9-17)

1. 站在宝座前 (V9-14)

在世人看来,殉道者是卑贱、失败的,但神却用白衣宣告:他们才是尊贵的得胜者。当世人在大灾难中站立不住的时候,得胜的圣徒却得以站在宝座和羔羊面前。

2. 神与人同住 (V15-17)

他们在世时曾经历过大患难,但在大患难中他们仍坚持事奉神。虽他们又饥又饿,也有流眼泪的时间,最后神拯救他们,把他们带到永恒中,在神的同在里,使他们在永恒中继续事奉神。

总结:

我们都无法避免面对末后的大灾难。然而,我们这些相信神并已受圣灵印记的人,若愿意摆上我们自己,坚定的跟随神。我们必在患难中蒙神的保守。

In the last days, we will experience many tribulations. However, we see God’s protection through

I. The elect to be sealed (v1-8)

1. Servant of God (v1-3)

Those who receive the “seal of the living God” are the “servants of our God” who are set apart to serve God.

Today, all renewed believers have been “marked” by the Holy Spirit, and we are the people who serve God and under the protection of God.

2. The Twelve Tribes (v4-8)

All the twelve tribes have the seal of God, as those desire and long for God in their hearts. They will be preserved by God in great tribulation.

For us today, those who are willing and longing for God in our hearts will surely have a seal on our foreheads and will be protected by God in great tribulations.

2. The promise of salvation (v9-17)

1. Standing before the throne (v9-14)

In the eyes of the world, the martyrs are vile and defeated, but God declares them in white robes: They are the honourable overcomers. While the world could not stand in the great tribulation, the victorious saints were able to stand before the throne and the Lamb.

2. God dwells with man (v15-17)

They had experienced great tribulations while they were alive, but they still persisted in serving God during the great tribulation. Although they were thirsty and hungry, and there was time for tears, in the end God rescued them and brought them into eternity, in the presence of God, so that they could continue to serve God in eternity.

Conclusion:

None of us can avoid facing the last catastrophe. However, those of us who believe in God and have been sealed by the Holy Spirit, if we are willing to present ourselves and follow God faithfully, we will surely be protected by God in times of trouble.

【揭开六印显出灾难起头】

引言:

从启示录第6至16章,都在说着关于地上的灾难。当如何看这预言呢?关乎七印、七号和七碗的一种解读观点。一个接一个,一七未完又开始一七,最后三个第七几乎同时发生。地上的灾难家来到极点。

一、关乎战争的预言(V1-8)

揭开头四印所展现的四匹不同颜色的马,显然有其清楚的象征与意义。这是神对世界的审判;神常常是用作恶的王去执行审判。宝座前发出如雷之声:来!是一道对地上政权所发出的指令。

1.一印白马:军事侵略行动

在圣经书写的年代,以军事侵略,靠武力征服是常有的事,而一国之君出征常是骑着白马。然而这里所说的骑白马者和第19章所说的骑白马者显然是不同。后者明显是指着基督,但是这里却是不同。虽然骑白马,带冠冕,胜了又胜,这印象看似耶稣基督。但是从下文的一连串叙述,为什么后面带来的是悲惨的灾难?其实历史的帝国不就是有许多胜了又胜,征服列国的帝王吗?争战的结果是什么呢?带来【红马】的现象!

2.二印红马:战争流血事件

红色:代表流血,战争的结果是大量的流血。国与国的战争有史以来几乎没有停止过。但是除了这些之外,世界还充满许多流血事件。例如恐怖分子的杀戮,堕胎的杀戮,多不胜数。因此,启示录这里说的是个已经发生,且会继续发生,并且越来越强。

3.三印黑马:饥荒缺粮现象

黑马代表饥荒、世界陷入粮食短缺的现象。小麦是有钱人吃的,大麦是穷人吃的,但是这些都贵到几乎买不起。油和酒是有钱人的奢侈品,但是却给予糟蹋。【天平】是表示公平公义的事情,是公平公义的失衡,结果带来社会的不公不义。有人饥饿缺粮而死,也有人每天都大量的丢弃食物。这是犯罪的人所带来的后果。

4.四印灰马:瘟疫肆虐全地

灰马代表战争、疾病、瘟疫、祸害;无论怎么死,这里所描述的是属于死于非命的一种形容。其中说到人类中有四分之一会是这样的死去。对我们今天读这段经文来说,我们会立刻想到【冠病19】,可是到目前为止全世界死于冠病的人数不也只是600多万而已吗?距离全世界人口的四分之一还差很多不是吗?但是不要忘记,这匹灰马所形容的死还包含其他因素:刀剑代表战争、饥荒缺粮是更大的因素、瘟疫还不只是冠病19,还有更多不同病毒不是吗?甚至野兽所造成的死亡都包括在内。而且这只是灾难的起头。

二、信徒遭逼迫的预言(V9-17)

1.五印殉道:教会遭遇逼迫

这是关于教会面对逼迫,爱主的基督徒面对殉道的写照。这样的事情对当时接到这书信的人而言,是非常能够理解的;因为基督徒在罗马帝国的处境下正是如此。这种写照在整个基督教历史的发展过程中几乎一直都有,只是事件的多少和频密度问题。

显然将来还会有更严重的逼迫,只是人要明白和预备要牺牲。因为在神眼中殉道者的结果是大有荣耀的,直接把得胜者的白衣赐了给他。

2.六印变天:自然灾害骤降

没有经历过自然灾难的我们确实较难明白个中的感受。今天我们要明白这些大灾难的幕后掌权者是我们的神。祂能随时救拔我们,也能任凭我们在其中被管教煎熬。以上事件已经局部发生,但是会越来越频密,越来越严重,到一个地步没有人能忍受得住。

总结:灾难的起头;后来还有更多!

马可福音 13:7 你们听见打仗和打仗的风声,不要惊慌。这些事是必须有的,只是末期还没有到。8 民要攻打民,国要攻打国,多处必有地震、饥荒,这都是灾难的起头(“灾难”原文作“生产之难”)。
世界的灾难让我们知道启示录的预言是真实的,而且已经发在应验中。然而我们是大有盼望的。

Revelation 6: Opening the Six Seals Reveals The Beginning of The Disaster

Introduction:

From Revelation 6 to 16, it speaks about the tribulation of the earth. How to view this prophecy? One view of interpretation concerning the seven seals, the seven trumpets and the seven bowls. One after another, before one seventh is finished another seventh begins, and the last three sevens occur almost simultaneously. The earth’s calamity family comes to the extreme.

1.A prophecy about war

The four horses of different colors shown in the unveiling of the first four seals clearly have a clear symbolism and meaning. This is God’s judgment on the world; God often uses kings who have done evil to execute judgment. The thunderous voice before the throne: Come! is a command to the earthly authorities.

(1)First Seal: White Horse- Military Aggressive Action

In the days when the Bible was written, military aggression, conquest by force, was common, and the king of a nation often rode a white horse on his campaign. However, the one who rides a white horse here is clearly different from the one who rides a white horse in chapter 19. The latter clearly refers to Christ, but here it is different. Although the impression of riding a white horse, wearing a crown, and triumphing over and over, may seem like Jesus Christ. But from the sequence of narratives that follow, why does the latter bring tragic disaster? In fact, aren’t the empires of history full of emperors who conquered the nations, winning and winning again? What was the result of the warfare? The phenomenon that brought about the [red horse]!

(2)Second seal: red horse- war bloodshed

Red: represents bloodshed, and war results in a lot of bloodshed. Wars between nations have hardly ever stopped since the beginning of history. But in addition to these, the world is full of many bloodshed. For example, the killing of terrorists, the killing of abortions, the list is endless. Therefore, Revelation is talking here about an event that has happened, and will continue to happen, and grow stronger.

(3)Third seal: dark horse- the phenomenon of famine and food shortage

The black horse represents famine, the phenomenon of the world falling into food shortage. Wheat is eaten by the rich, barley is eaten by the poor, but these are so expensive that they are almost unaffordable. Oil and wine are luxuries for the rich, but they are given to spoil. The scale is something that indicates fairness and justice, but it is the imbalance of fairness and justice that brings about social injustice and injustice. Some people die of hunger and lack of food, and others throw away food in large quantities every day. This is the consequence of those who sin.

(4) Fourth seal: Grey horse- pestilence ravages the whole land

Gray horse represents war, disease, pestilence, scourge; no matter how to die, what is described here is a description belonging to the death of the dead. It speaks of a quarter of the human race dying in this way. For us to read this passage today, we immediately think of [Covid 19], but isn’t it true that the number of people who have died of coronary disease in the world so far is just over 6 million? That’s still a lot short of a quarter of the world’s population, isn’t it? But do not forget that the death described by the gray horse also includes other factors: the sword represents war, famine and lack of food is a bigger factor, the plague is not only crown disease 19, there are more different viruses, right? Even the deaths caused by wild animals are included. And this is just the beginning of the disaster.

2.Prophecies of Persecution of Believers

(1)Fifth seal: martyrdom – Persecution of the Church

This is a picture of the church facing persecution, and of Christians who love the Lord facing martyrdom. Such things were very understandable to those who received this epistle at the time; for this was the situation of Christians in the Roman Empire. Such a picture has been present almost throughout the entire history of Christianity, it is only a question of the number and frequency of events.
Obviously there will be more severe persecutions in the future, but people will have to understand and be prepared to sacrifice. For the result of martyrdom in the eyes of God is great glory, and the white garment of the overcomer is given directly to him.

(2) Sixth seal: change of the weather- natural disasters plummet

It is indeed difficult for us who have not experienced natural disasters to understand what it is like. Today we need to understand that the power behind these cataclysms is our God. He can deliver us at any time, but He can also allow us to be disciplined and tormented in them. The above events are already localised, but they will become more frequent and more serious to a point where no one can endure them.

Conclusion: The beginning of the tribulation; and then more!

Mark 13:7 But when you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be troubled; for such things must happen, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be earthquakes in various places, and there will be famines and troubles. These are the beginnings of sorrows.The world’s disasters show us that the prophecies of Revelation are true and are already being fulfilled. Yet there is great hope for us.
