引言：

世人都懂得要找到权柄者来解决问题，并连结于权柄者的重要性，那神的儿女又有多少真正认识基督至高的权柄，并且懂得单单地来敬拜祂呢？

一、唯基督配得揭开七印

1.犹大的狮子能揭开七印（1-5）

当约翰看见没有人能打开七印封着的书卷，他就大哭了，因为他知道这是审判活人死人的书卷。如果书卷无法打开，世上所有的冤屈，就没有办法得到公义的伸张！然而神宝座前的长老却让约翰放心，因为宇宙中独有犹大的狮子耶稣基督，能揭开七印，打开书卷！

2.被杀的羔羊能揭开七印（6-10）

被杀的羔羊耶稣基督用自己的血将人从各国买赎了回来，祂配得揭开七印，打开书卷。也随着众圣徒不住地敬拜和祷告，到了时候，基督就会一个又一个地把印揭开，打开书卷！

二、唯基督配得一切颂赞

1.众天使的颂赞（11-12）

宇宙中至高的权柄耶稣基督，配得众天使的敬拜！

2.天地间的颂赞（13）

宇宙中至高的神并祂的爱子耶稣基督，配得天地间所有受造物的敬拜！

3.宝座前的颂赞（14）

宇宙中至高的神并祂的爱子耶稣基督，配得宝座前众长老的敬拜！

总结：

让我们真实地认识耶稣基督乃宇宙中最高的权柄。祂曾被杀，但祂从死里复活，所以祂就拿到了胜过死亡和黑暗的权柄，并配得揭开审判书卷上的七印，然后最终打开书卷。也正因如此，宇宙万有的主耶稣基督配得天地间所有受造物对祂永永远远的敬拜！阿门！

Revelation 5: Christ Alone Is Worthy

Introduction:

The world understands the importance of finding the authority to solve problems and to connect to that authority, but how many of God’s children truly know the supreme authority of Christ and know how to worship Him alone?

1. Christ Alone is Worthy to Open the Seven Seals

(1) The Lion of Judah can open the seven seals (1-5)

When John saw that no one could open the scroll sealed with the seven seals, he cried out because he knew that it was the scroll of judgment for the living and the dead. If the scroll could not be opened, there would be no way for justice to be done for all the wrongs in the world! Yet the elders before the throne of God reassured John that Jesus Christ, the Lion of Judah, is the only one in the universe who could open the seven seals and open the scroll!

(2) The Lamb who was slain can open the seven seals (6-10)

The slain Lamb, Jesus Christ, who bought and redeemed people from all nations with His own blood, is worthy to open the seven seals and open the scrolls. And also with the unceasing worship and prayer of all the saints, when the time comes, Christ will unseal the seals one after another and open the scrolls!

2. Christ Alone is Worthy of All Praise

(1) The praise of the angels (11-12)

Jesus Christ, the supreme authority in the universe, is worthy of the worship of all the angels!

(2) The praise of heaven and earth (13)

The supreme God of the universe and His beloved Son Jesus Christ, worthy of the worship of all creatures in heaven and earth!

(3) Praise before the throne (14)

The Most High God of the universe and His beloved Son, Jesus Christ, are worthy to be worshiped by the elders before the throne!

Conclusion:

Let us truly know Jesus Christ as the supreme authority in the universe. He was killed, but He rose from the dead, so that He received the power over death and darkness, and was worthy to uncover the seven seals on the scroll of judgment, and then finally to open it. And because of this, the Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of all the universe, is worthy to be worshiped by all creation in heaven and earth for all eternity! Amen!

一、属天的宝座（V2-3、5-6、9-10）

约翰被放逐拔摩海岛，拔摩的海岛是一个凄凉、冷落、荒野的监狱。在这种境遇之下，神给他这样大的异象。在他无路可走的时候，神给他开了天上的门。

二、宝座前长老（V4-5、10）

约翰看到天上荣耀的宝座，在宝座周围有二十四个座位，其上坐着二十四位长老，身穿白衣，头上戴着金冠冕。从二十四长老的装饰和荣耀能看见，他们是教会胜过患难的得胜者。他们在地上为主的名受了很多的患难，在永恒的国度里神使他们坐在荣耀的宝座上。

三、宝座前活物（V6-9）

有关宝座前四活物的服侍：每当四活物将荣耀、尊贵、感谢归给那坐在宝座上，二十四位长老就俯伏在坐宝座的面前敬拜那活到永永远远的。四活物的形象：第一个活物像狮子，第二个像牛犊，第三个脸面像人，第四个像飞鹰，四活物各有六个翅膀，遍体内外都满了眼睛。

总结：

启示录是非常重要的一卷书，记载万物由上帝被创造，也由上帝而结束。

持守上帝真道的基督徒，从受苦到与耶稣一同做王。这卷书对今天教会的人起到鼓励与警戒的作用！

Revelation 4: The Throne of Glory

1. The heavenly throne (V2-3, 5-6, 9-10)

John was banished to the island of Patmos, which was a bleak, cold, wilderness prison. In this situation, God gave him such a great vision. At a time when he had nowhere else to go, God opened the gates of heaven to him.

2. The elders before the throne (V4-5, 10)

John saw the glorious throne in heaven, with twenty-four seats around it, on which sat twenty-four elders, clothed in white, with crowns of gold on their heads. The adornment and glory of the twenty-four elders showed that they were the overcomers of the church over the tribulation. They had suffered much for the name of the Lord on earth, and God has seated them on thrones of glory in the eternal kingdom.

3. The living creatures before the throne (V6-9)

Concerning the service of the four living creatures before the throne: Whenever the four living creatures give glory, honour and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives for ever and ever. The image of the four living creatures: The first living creature resembles a lion, the second a calf, the third has the face of a man, the fourth an eagle, and each of the four living creatures has six wings and is filled with eyes inside and outside its body.

Conclusion:

The book of Revelation is a very important book, recording that all things were created by God and ended by God.

Christians who hold to the truth of God, from suffering to reigning with Jesus. This book serves as an encouragement and a warning to those in the church today!

引言：小狗过河

主对当年7间教会所说的话，也是对着今天末后教会所作的提醒。但是如果我们像小狗一样的，不知道水中的倒影是自己，没有让神的话语和圣灵的水流不断光照自己的生命，那我们就会像小狗失去肉骨头那样的，失去主本来预备给我们的祝福。

一、名存实亡的撒狄教会（v1-6）

撒狄城非常繁华、富有，甚至环绕山脚的河流都能掏出金来。撒狄是建造在火山隆起的大片岩石上，只有一条路通往山下，另一边是陡峭的断崖，所以是一处攻不破的堡垒。但这座城在主前549和218年，两次让敌军用同样的方式被攻下。

“这是我吗？我是不是常常重犯同样的错误？没有从错误中吸取教训，以至一直在旷野绕？”

主在对七教会说话之前，总是针对各教会的不同光景，先启示祂自己是怎样一位主。主说祂是有神的七灵的主。这也是撒狄教会所缺乏的。虽然教会在外表上，按人所看的好像很荣耀、每场聚会坐满人、奉献数额很多。但主却说：“按名你是活的，其实是死的。”，教会在灵性上就像是一块坟地，名存实亡的奄奄一息。因为圣灵的作为不再当中，在事工上也没有让圣灵来带领。

1.主的劝勉：回想、悔改、儆醒（v3-6）

不管是教会或是信徒，主要我们对过去、现在、未来做的3件事。常回想过去，纪念神的带领、数算神恩，为现在的不足、软弱悔改，并儆醒于神对将来要做的事给予的启示。

2.主的奖赏：穿白衣得留名（v4-6）

从教会的历史中，不管教会的实际状况有多糟糕，当中都一定会有一小群忠心，未曾污秽自己衣服的人。这些人在行为上活出神的公义和圣洁，因此主说他们是配的穿上白衣，与祂同行。他们的名也必不从生命册上涂抹。

二、蒙主赞赏的非拉铁非教会（v7-13）

非拉铁非教会是七间教会中唯一两间被主称赞和肯定的教会之一。他们略有一点力量都遵守主的道，在患难逼迫中也没有弃绝主的名。不管教会大小，人数多寡，只要我们忠心地按着自己的力量尽心持守真道，哪怕能为神成就的很渺小，神都悦纳。

1.主的劝勉：继续保灵（v11）

在v11主说祂快要来了，并提醒这挑不出毛病的非拉铁非教会，要持守所有的到底，免得主所赐给他的冠冕被人夺去。但是，很可惜的，如今这教会已经不复存在，作为我们的提醒。

2.主的奖赏（v8-13）

A）地上的奖赏（v8b-10）

圣洁、真实，拿着大卫的钥匙的主，要为他们敞开一扇无人能关的祝福大门。连撒旦一会的人或假使徒也要向他们下拜。

非拉铁非也是个时常发生地震的地方。但是神在这里应许在地震时，神要使他们免去灾害得平安。此外v10，在普天下人受试炼的时候，学者认为指的是在，普世大灾难时期，他们将预先被提至空中，不受地上灾难所害。

B）永恒的奖赏（v12-13）

主也应允赐给得胜的在永恒里，成为神殿中的柱子。就是将来从天而降的新耶路撒冷里，作神真理的见证人。并且在柱子上永远写上神的名、圣城的名，并主基督的新名。这代表永远与神和基督同在，在永恒国度里有身份、有地位的极大荣耀。

三、不冷不热的老底嘉教会（V14-22）

在老底嘉有希拉波利斯热泉和歌罗西冷泉。热泉有医治功效，冷泉可以清凉解渴。但凉下来的温泉，矿物质太多，令人作呕。老底嘉教会到了启示录的时代，已经堕落到成为一个养尊处优、富裕社会中典型的教会。在地上虽富足，但在主眼里却是那困苦、可怜、贫穷、瞎眼、赤身的。

1.主的劝勉：买火炼的金子、白衣、眼药（v18-19）

火炼的金子 = 神的话语。白衣 = 神的公义、圣洁。眼药 = 圣灵的恩膏和启示，以及属天的盼望

新加坡和当年老底嘉蛮像的。宗教自由，富足没有缺乏。安舒、没逼迫的日子，容易使教会和弟兄姐妹落入不冷不热的状态。今天，如果我们的属灵情况也与老底嘉一样的不冷不热，赶快向主买火炼的金子、白衣、眼药。

2.主的奖赏：与主一同作王（v20-22）

当人自以为富足，一样都不缺的时候，会因为安舒、方便就把主关在门外。世界的吵杂声、懒惰沉睡、别有所爱、都会使我们听不见主的叩门声。但是恒久忍耐、爱我们至深的主，却谦卑在外面不住地叩门，只要听见他声音就开门的，主说， 祂要进来与我们一同坐席。并且那些除去不冷不热心态的得胜者，主要赐我们与祂和父神同坐宝座的应许，也就是与主一同作王。这是极大、极高、极宝贵的应许。

总结：

写给教会的7封信，是荣耀的主，奉自己的名亲自对教会说话。为的是要预备教会为将来的审判做好准备。今天教会所作的，是金银宝石、还是草木禾秸，都要在审判台前交账。

让我们透过神对启示录7间教会的提醒，常常问自己“这是我吗？”求圣灵不断的光照我们，在这神的拯救2022 禁食祷告中，除去撒狄教会的名存实亡、避免老底嘉的不冷不热，在真理中站稳立场，弃绝魔鬼的作为，持守起初的爱心，依靠圣灵持续保灵，效法主对非拉铁非、示每拿的赞赏，忠心持守到底，直到见主面。

Introduction: Puppy Crossing the River

What the Lord said to the seven churches in those years is also a reminder to the churches of the last days today. But if we are like puppies who do not know that the reflection in the water is ourselves, and do not let the word of God and the flow of the Holy Spirit continue to enlighten our lives, then we will be like puppies that lose their flesh and bones, losing what the Lord intended to give us, our blessing.

I. The Church of Sardis, exist in name only (v1-6)

The city of Sardis was very prosperous and rich, and even the rivers surrounding the foot of the mountain were able to dig out gold. Sardis was built on a large volcanic uplift, with only one road leading to the bottom of the mountain, and a steep cliff on the other side, so it was an unbreakable fortress. But the city was taken by the enemy in the same way twice, in 549 and 218 BC.

“Is it me? Do I keep making the same mistakes over and over again? Not learning from my mistakes and going around in the wilderness?”

Before the Lord speaks to the seven churches, He always reveals what kind of Lord He Himself is in response to the different situations of each church. The Lord said that He is the Lord of the seven spirits of God. This is also what the Sardis church lacked. Although the church looks glorious from the outside, every meeting is filled with people and the amount of offerings is huge. But the Lord said, “You are alive by name, but in fact you are dead.” The church is like a cemetery spiritually, dying but exist in name only. Because the action of the Holy Spirit is no longer in the midst, and the ministry has not been led by the Holy Spirit.

1. The Lord’s exhortation: recall, repent, be alert (v3-6)

Whether it’s a church or a believer, God wants us to do three things to the past, the present, and the future. Always look back on the past, remember God’s guidance, count God’s grace, repent for your current shortcomings and weaknesses, and be alert to God’s revelation of what to do in the future.

2. The Lord’s Reward: Wearing White Clothes to Keep Your Name (v4-6)

From the history of the church, no matter how bad the actual state of the church is, there always be a small group of faithful people who have never defiled their clothes. These people lived out God’s righteousness and holiness in their actions, so the Lord said they were worthy to put on white and walk with Him. Nor will their names be removed from the book of life.

II. The Church of Philadelphia, praised by the Lord (v7-13)

Philadelphia Church is one of the only two churches out of the seven to be praised and affirmed by the Lord. They obeyed the Lord’s word even with a little strength, and they did not abandon the Lord’s name in the midst of tribulation and persecution. Regardless of the size of the church or the number of people, as long as we faithfully adhere to the true way according to our own strength, even if we can accomplish a small thing for God, God will accept it.

1. The Lord’s exhortation: continue to protect the soul (v11)

In v11, the Lord said that He was coming soon, and reminded the Philadelphia church, who could not be faulted, to hold on to everything to the end, lest the crown given to him by the Lord would be taken away by others. But unfortunately, this church no longer exists today, which serves as a reminder to us.

2. The Lord’s Reward (v8-13)

A) Rewards on Earth (v8b-10)

Holy, true, Lord who holds the keys of David, will open for them a door of blessing that no one can close. Even Satanists or false apostles will bow down to them.

Philadelphia is also a place with frequent earthquakes. But God here promises that in the event of an earthquake, God will save them from the disaster and have peace. In addition, v10, when people in the world are being tested, scholars believe that it refers to the time of the great tribulation, when they will be lifted into the air earlier and will not be harmed by the calamity on earth.

B) Eternal Reward (v12-13)

The Lord also promises to give those who overcome to become pillars in the temple of God in eternity. In the New Jerusalem, which will come down from heaven in the future, he will be a witness to the truth of God. And the name of God, the name of the holy city, and the new name of Christ the Lord will be written on the pillar forever. This represents the great glory of being forever with God and Christ, and of having an identity and position in the eternal kingdom.

III. The Laodicean Church, neither cold nor hot (Revelation 3:14-22)

In Laodicea, there are the hot springs of Hierapolis and the cold springs of Colossae. Hot springs have healing properties, and cold springs can cool down and quench thirst. But the hot springs that cool down have too many minerals and are disgusting. By the time of Revelation, the Laodicean church had degenerated to become the typical church of a pampered, wealthy society. Although it is rich on earth, it is wretched, pitiful, poor, blind, and naked in the sight of the Lord.

1. The Lord’s exhortation: buy gold refined by fire, white robes, and eyedrops (v18-19)

Gold refined by fire = Word of God. White robes = God’s righteousness, holiness. Eyedrops = Holy Spirit’s anointing and revelation, and heavenly hope

Singapore is quite similar to Laodicea back then. Religious freedom, abundance with no lacking. The days of comfort and no persecution can easily make the church and brothers and sisters fall into a state of lukewarmness. Today, if our spiritual situation is as lukewarm as Laodicea, hurry up and buy fire-refined gold, white clothes, and eyedrops from the Lord.

2. The Lord’s Reward: Reigning with the Lord (v20-22)

When people think they are rich and lack nothing, they will shut the Lord out because of comfort and convenience. The noise of the world, laziness and slumber, and love for something else, will keep us from hearing the knock on the door of the Lord. But the Lord, who is patient and loves us the most, keeps knocking on the outside in humility, and when we open the door as soon as we hear His voice. The Lord said, He will come in and dine with us. And those overcomers who cut off the lukewarm attitude, the Lord gives us the promise of sitting on the throne with Him and the Father, that is, reigning with the Lord. This is the greatest, highest, and most precious promise.

Conclusion：

The 7 letters to the church were from the Lord of glory who speaks to the church personally in his own name. The purpose is to prepare the church for the coming judgment. What the church does today, whether it is gold, silver, precious stones, or grass, wood, and stubble, must be accounted for at the judgment stand.

Let us, through God’s reminder to the 7 churches in the book of Revelation, often ask ourselves, “Is this me?” Ask the Holy Spirit to keep enlightening us. In this fast and prayer of God’s salvation 2022, we will remove the Church in Sardis which exists in name only, avoid being Laodicea’s lukewarmness, standing firm in the truth, rejecting the deeds of the devil, holding on to the love at the beginning, relying on the Holy Spirit to keep the spirit alive, imitating the Lord’s praise for Philadelphia and Smyrna, and sticking to it faithfully till the end, until you meet the Lord.

引言：人人都想成为得胜者！

一、以弗所：为主劳苦却少了爱心的教会（V1-7）

1.以弗所教会被主称赞之处：

有行为上的见证，愿意劳苦付出，能够为主忍耐坚守信仰，甚至愿意为主责备罪恶。还有辨别假使徒的能力，可见他们在真理和灵里都是强的。他们也恨恶尼哥拉一党人的行为，就是混杂着外邦信仰引人陷入罪恶的一群人。我们是否也在这些层面得主称赞呢？

2.以弗所教会被主责备之处：

离弃了起初的爱心！这是很严厉的责备，若按照保罗在哥林多前书13章的形容，缺了爱，再有其他的作为也都算不得什么了。主耶稣更是说过律法的总纲就是爱，缺了爱也几乎是缺了一切。回想一下什么是起初的爱？这爱还在吗？

二、士每拿：经历患难还要至死忠心的教会（V8-11）

基督徒在罗马时代所面对的患难和考验是极大的，而且信仰让他们陷入在失去平等机会的社会中，更容易陷入贫困和缺乏。但是主要告诉他们，“其实你们是富足的”。因为在基督里得享的丰盛岂是物质世界能比拟的吗？然而同胞中有说毁谤话的人，那可是出于魔鬼的，要加以提防。

教会面对逼迫、甚至是一连串的患难；主提醒教会要至死忠心，因为最终将得着荣耀的冠冕。那是何等尊贵至上的奖赏。更重要的是这样的得胜者就不再面对将来的审判，既是名字已经稳妥记载于生命册上，已经脱离了地狱的火湖之刑罚。（启示录 20:14 死亡和阴间也被扔在火湖里，这火湖就是第二次的死。15 若有人名字没记在生命册上，他就被扔在火湖里。）

三、别迦摩：魔鬼的作为混杂在其中的教会（V12-17）

别迦摩教会是位于魔鬼大本营的所在地，因此所面对的属灵争战特别的大。甚至忠心的见证人会经历为主殉道，然而教会不会因此而胆怯，反而更加坚守主名。可是仇敌的攻击也搅扰人的信念；例如巴兰的教训，把拜偶像和行奸淫等事给平常化了。例如说，恶者可以把二元论的思想放在人里面，灵魂与身体是分割的。信仰在乎灵魂，和肉体没有关系。因此，得救在乎灵魂，情欲奸淫只是肉体的事，不会影响信仰。这是大错特错，主警告这样的人要认罪悔改，否则是死路一条。

得胜者不但是完全得着基督，而且是享有“白石无罪”的记号，并标明有一个独特的新生命。

四、推雅推喇：有善行教会但是却少了真理立场（V18-29）

主称赞这是一间有善行的教会，她比以弗所教会更完全，她们确实有爱心和行动。但是主却责备她一件很严重的事，即是容忍假先知耶洗别的迷惑，引诱人陷入奸淫与吃祭偶像之物的陷阱。这是因为没有站稳在真理的立场，凡事都要查验，得以站稳立场。只要愿意悔改就可以成为得胜者，得胜者将得着制伏列国的权柄，正如与主一同作王掌权。

总结：教会要胜过重重考验

不要失去爱心、不要陷入扭曲的信念、不要给魔鬼留地步、不要陷入罪恶迷惑。忠心跟随到底，必得生命的冠冕。

Revelation 2: Everyone wants to be the overcomer!

Introduction:

(1) The church in Ephesus was commended by the Lord for:

They had a testimony of works, were willing to labour and give, and were able to persevere in the faith for the Lord, and were even willing to rebuke sin for the Lord. They also had the ability to discern false apostles, which showed that they were strong in truth and in spirit. They also hated the behaviour of the Nicolaitans, a group of people who mixed with the Gentile faith and led people into sin. Do we praise the Lord on these levels as well?

(2) Where the church in Ephesus was rebuked by the Lord:

Forsaking the first love! This is a very severe rebuke, for if Paul describes it in 1 Corinthians 13, without love, all other works are nothing. The Lord Jesus even said that the general outline of the law is love, and without it, almost everything is missing. Think back to what was the first love? Is this love still there?

2. Smyrna: The Church that endures tribulation and remains faithful to the death (V8-11)

The sufferings and trials Christians faced in Roman times were great, and their faith plunged them into a society where they lost equal opportunities and were more prone to poverty and lack. But the Lord will tell them, “but you are rich”. For is the abundance in Christ not comparable to that of the material world? However, those who speak slander among their fellow citizens are of the devil, so beware of them.

The church faced persecution and even a series of troubles; the Lord reminded the church to be faithful to the death, for it would eventually receive a crown of glory. What an honourable and supreme reward that is. More importantly, such an overcomer will no longer face the future judgment, since his name is securely written in the book of life and he is free from the punishment of the lake of fire in hell. (Revelation 20:14 Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.)

3.Pergamos: A Church in Which the Works of the Devil Are Mixed (V12-17)

The church in Pergamos was located in the seat of the devil’s stronghold, and therefore faced a particularly great spiritual battle. Even faithful witnesses would experience martyrdom for the Lord, but the church would not be cowed by this, but would stand firm in the name of the Lord. But the attacks of the enemy also disturb the faith of people; for example, the teaching of Balaam normalises such things as idolatry and adultery. For example, the evil one can put dualism in man, and the soul is divided from the body. Faith cares about the soul and has nothing to do with the flesh. Therefore, salvation is about the soul, and lust and adultery are only matters of the flesh, and do not affect faith. This is a great mistake, and the Lord warns such a person to confess and repent of his sins, or else he will die.

The overcomer is not only completely saved by Christ, but also enjoys the sign of the “blameless white stone”, and is marked with a new and unique life.

4. Thyatira: A Church of Good Works but Less of a Truthful Position (V18-29)

The Lord commended her as a church of good works, more complete than the church in Ephesus, which was indeed loving and active. But the Lord rebuked her for a serious matter, namely, for tolerating the false prophet Jezebel, who led people into the trap of adultery and eating idolatrous things. This is because she did not stand firm in the truth, and must be tested in all things to stand firm. If one is willing to repent, he can become an overcomer, and the overcomer will have authority over the nations, just as he reigns with the Lord.

Conclusion: The church must overcome many trials

Do not lose your love, do not fall into distorted beliefs, do not leave room for the devil, and do not fall into sinful confusion. Follow faithfully to the end, and you will receive the crown of life.

世界上一直不乏号称能够预知未来的人，甚至有好些人曾经尝试预测世界来到结局时的状态和时间点。近年来有名的一个已经失效的预言，就是玛雅人所预言世界末日将会发生在2012年。到底世界的结局会是怎样呢？我们需要从圣经真理里去得着那个绝对可靠的启示！

一、绝对可以保证的启示（V1-3）

使徒约翰表明启示录所写的，乃是神的儿子耶稣基督，这位应验神话语的忠心见证人所赐下的启示，所以这是绝对有保证的启示，书上的预言必定会应验，而且这些预言很快就会实现。

二、主神有绝对的治理权

1.教会的主宰（V4-6）

有关这个末后的启示，神先是让使徒约翰写信给七个教会，表明神的儿子耶稣基督为世人摆上自己的性命，然后就是借着教会让人来领受这个救恩，让进入到教会的人能够成为神国的子民，并天父国度里的祭司！主神必永远掌权在祂的教会中！

2.万有的主宰（V7）

当主基督再来的时候，世人都要见证祂是审判的主，并且不信的人都要为自己的悖逆来哀哭切齿！这位创始成终的神，不仅是教会的主宰，也是全人类并宇宙万有的主宰！

三、基督必先对教会说话

1.教会要听从基督（V9-11）

忠心服事主的使徒约翰，是在他所被流放到的拔摩海岛上，领受到神有关末后的启示，要首先临到亚西亚的七个教会。这表明基督对教会要来听从自己的心意！

2.教会要认识基督（V12-20）

教会要从使徒约翰的亲身经历中看到，主基督不只是那位只有恩典的主，祂也是那位充满公义和威严的神，祂是教会轻慢不得的。也唯有当教会真实地来认识基督，教会才能够成为得胜者，从而进入到主永恒的国度中！

总结：

使徒约翰透过神儿子对神话语的实现，还有众人对着基督所作的见证，来告诫世人《启示录》乃是有关人类末后日子最可靠的启示。

世界虽然动荡，但三位一体的神始终会对着祂所拣选的教会有着绝对的治理权，而且祂也始终对着全人类和宇宙万有有着绝对的治理权！神爱祂的教会，所以祂也要先把这末后的启示赐给教会，来让教会可以因着认识基督真实的身份，就能够在爱中顺服回应神末后的心意！

Introduction:

There has been no shortage of people in the world who claim to be able to predict the future, and several have even tried to predict the state and point of time when the world will come to an end. One famous prophecy that has failed in recent years is the Maya people’s prediction that the end of the world will occur in 2012. How will the world end up in the end? We need to get that absolutely reliable revelation from the truth of the Bible!

1. The Absolutely Guaranteed Revelation (1-3)

The apostle John shows that the book of Revelation is written by the revelation of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the faithful witness who fulfills God’s Word, so that it is an absolutely guaranteed revelation, and that the prophecies in the book will certainly be fulfilled, and that these prophecies will soon come to pass.

2. The Lord God has Absolute Authority to Govern

(1) The Ruler of the Church (4-6)

Concerning this last revelation, God first had the apostle John write to the seven churches to show that the Son of God, Jesus Christ, laid down His life for the world, and then it was through the churches that people came to receive this salvation, so that those who entered the churches could become the people of the kingdom of God and priests in the kingdom of the Father! The Lord God will reign in His Church forever!

(2) The Ruler of all creation (7)

When the Lord Christ returns, the world will testify that He is the Lord of judgment, and all unbelievers will mourn and gnash their teeth over their disobedience! This God, the author and finisher, is not only the ruler of the church, but also the ruler of all mankind and the universe!

3. Christ Will First Speak to the Church

(1) The church will obey Christ (9-11)

It was on the island of Patmos, where he was exiled, that the apostle John, who served the Lord faithfully, received God’s revelation about the end times, which was to come first to the seven churches in Asia. This shows that Christ has a desire for the church to come and obey Himself!

(2) The church is to know Christ (12-20)

The church will see from the personal experience of the apostle John that the Lord Christ is not only the Lord of grace, but He is also the God of righteousness and majesty, who cannot be mocked by the church. Only when the church comes to know Christ in truth can the church become overcomer and thus enter into the eternal kingdom of the Lord!

Conclusion：

Through the fulfillment of the Word of God by the Son of God and the testimony of the people to Christ, the apostle John admonished the world that the book of Revelation is the most reliable revelation of the last days of mankind.

Although the world is in turmoil, the God of trinity will always have absolute authority over His chosen church, and He will always have absolute authority over all mankind and all the universe! God loves His Church, so He will give this last revelation to the church first, so that the church may respond in love and obedience to God’s last will, through the knowledge of the true identity of Christ!
