引言：

这章经文讲述的分别是对丈夫和对妻子的箴言，是我们一生需要不断学习去活出来的。
值得留意的是，在读的时候我们要为自己读，而不是为配偶读。但是当你读到你配偶有的一些优点，你就可以去好好地称赞配偶。

一、致丈夫（1-8）

1. 不好色邪荡（3）
神命定丈夫要成为有影响力的权柄者，不单是从这个部分的经文我们能够看到，从论贤妻的V23我们也同样可以看见。而这章箴言首先要提醒作丈夫的，要保守自己免于陷入好色邪荡的生命中。因为这样就会耽误正事和朝政，以至于他就无法没有活出神给权柄的美好旨意。

2. 不与酒为伴（4-7）
这里第二个提醒，是讲到属神的丈夫不要与酒为伴，免得因为醉酒就忘记神的心意，颠倒是非，做出错误的行径。

3. 当施行公义（8-9）
第三个对属神的丈夫的提醒，是要运用自己的权柄施行公义，为受屈的人，尤其是因处在弱势中而受屈的人，来申冤。

二、致妻子（10-31）

1. 活出美好的生命

（1）值得信赖（11）
属神的妻子是丈夫所信赖的，并带给丈夫许多的益处。

（2）殷勤管理（13, 18-19，24，27）
属神的妻子殷勤地管理家中现有的需要，也按着自己的能力去帮补家里的经济！

（3）对人有爱（20，26）
属神的妻子对人有爱，无论是透过话语，还是透过行为，都是于人有益的。

（4）保护家人（21-22）
属神的妻子会做好各样能够保护家人的准备。

（5）充满盼望（25）
属神的妻子因为满有神的能力在她的身上，所以她能够对着未来充满盼望。

2. 结出丰盛的果子

（1) 家得照顾（14-15）
属神的妻子结出美好的果子，首先第一个果子就是她的家得到美好的照顾。

（2）财务富足（16）
属神的妻子结出来的第二个果子，就是因着她很好地管理家中的财富，使得她就能够建造起一个财务富足的家庭！

（3）身心有力（17）
属神的妻子也懂得照顾自己的需要，使得自己身心有力，以至于她能继续地服事家庭，并服事众人。

（4）助夫成功（12，23）
属神的妻子更是丈夫的好帮手，她为了能够成就神对丈夫的命定，她愿意做一个360度全方位的女主人，去让丈夫没有后顾之忧。所以属神的妻子，能够结出的最美好的果子，就是让丈夫能够成功。

3. 得着属神的赞赏

（1）来自神的话语（10,30）
属神的妻子必得赞赏，首先第一个她要得的，就是因着她对神的敬畏和对丈夫的价值，她就要得着神话语的赞赏。

（2）来自她的儿女（28a）
属神的妻子也必得儿女的赞赏。

（3）来自她的丈夫（28b-29）
属神的妻子更要得丈夫的赞赏，并认定妻子就是最适合自己的帮助者！

（4）来自她的所做（31）
属神的妻子所做的，尤其是她对着丈夫的付出，使得丈夫能够进入到神的命定，必使得她也得到众人的赞赏！

总结：

作为丈夫，我们要禁戒酒色等等会让我们成瘾的诱惑，我们当带着清醒的头脑，来使用神所要赐给我们的权柄，去施行出神的公义。

作为妻子，我们要活出一切属神的美好品格，使得我们自己和我们的家都能够结出各样美好的果子，并且最终我们也要因此就得着美好的赞赏！

Proverbs 31: Words to husbands and wives

Introduction:

This chapter is about the proverbs for husbands and wives respectively, which we need to keep learning to live out throughout our lives.
It is important to note that when reading it we are to read it for ourselves, not for our spouse. But when you read some of the good things your spouse has, you can go ahead and praise your spouse well.

1. To the husband (1-8)

(1) Not to be lustful and wicked (3)
God ordained that husbands be influential and powerful, as we can see not only from this section of Scripture, but also from V23 on the virtuous wife. And this chapter of Proverbs begins by reminding husbands to keep themselves from falling into a life of lust and debauchery. For then he will delay his business and government, so that he will not be able to live out the good purpose of God’s authority. 2.

(2) Do not keep company with wine (4-7)
The second reminder here is that godly husbands should not keep company with wine, lest they forget the mind of God through drunkenness, and pervert right and wrong, and do wrong.

(3) To do justice (8-9)
The third reminder for Godly husbands is to use their authority to do justice, and to redress the grievances of those who have been wronged, especially those who have been wronged because they are in a weak position.

2. To Wives (10-31)

(1). Live a good life

(a) Trustworthy (11)
A godly wife is trusted by her husband and brings him many benefits.

(b) Diligent management (13, 18-19, 24, 27)
A godly wife diligently manages the needs of her family and helps the family financially according to her ability!

(c) Love for others (20, 26)
A godly wife has love for people, both through words and deeds, which is beneficial to people.

(d) Protecting the family (21-22)
A godly wife is prepared to protect her family in every way.

(e) Full of hope (25)
A Godly wife is full of hope for the future because she has the power of God in her.

(2). bearing abundant fruit

(a) The home is taken care of (14-15)
A godly wife bears good fruit, and the first and foremost fruit is that her home is well cared for.

(b) Financial Abundance (16)
The second fruit of a godly wife is that she manages the wealth of her family well, so that she can build a financially rich family!

(c) Strength of mind and body (17)
A godly wife also knows how to take care of her own needs, making herself physically and mentally strong, so that she can continue to serve her family and the people.

(d) Helping her husband succeed (12, 23)
A godly wife is a good helper for her husband. She is willing to be a 360-degree wife in order to fulfill God’s destiny for her husband, so that he can have no worries. Therefore, the most beautiful fruit a godly wife can bear is to enable her husband to succeed.

(3) to receive Godly appreciation

(a) From the Word of God (10:30)
The first thing she will receive is the appreciation of God’s Word because of her fear of God and her value to her husband.

(b) From her children (28a)
The wife of God will also receive the appreciation of her children.

(c) From her husband (28b-29)
A godly wife will be appreciated by her husband, and will decide that she is the best helper for her!

(d) From what she does (31)
What a godly wife does, especially what she gives to her husband, so that he can enter into God’s destiny, will make her appreciated by all!

Conclusion：

As husbands, we are to abstain from the temptation of alcohol and sex, which can lead to addiction, and we are to use the authority God wants to give us with a clear mind to carry out God’s righteousness.

As wives, we are to live out all the good characteristics of God so that we and our family can bear all kinds of good fruit and ultimately we will be well appreciated for it!

引言：

人要远离愚昧，并在神面前完全卑微的降服，寻求得着真智慧。

一、真智慧源自于神（V1-9）

1.谦卑寻求从上而下的智慧（V1-4）
亚古珥的「真言」都是从神的启示得来的。因此，他首先承认自己并不是个智慧人，而且倚靠自己无法找到智慧（V2-3）。地上没有人可以找到真智慧，而唯有神才拥有智慧，才能把智慧向人启示出来。因此，智慧人要放下智慧，只有谦卑才是寻得真智慧的开始。

2.相信神话语并祷告寻求祂（V5-9)
我们要信赖神和神的话，且不可在神的话语上添加任何东西，如此我们便可以全然顺服，投靠祂。我们也要知道自己的软弱，使我们懂得抓住神、懂得开口向神祷告、懂得在很多事上要寻求神的帮助。

二、勿陷败坏的世代（V10-31）

1．远离愚昧的行为（V10-17）
那些违背父母、自以为义、骄傲自大、任意妄为及不知足的人，我们都要远离。因为在神眼中，都是愚昧人的行为，都是神所不喜悦的。

2．承认自己的无知（V18-20）
神创造的可畏之道和淫妇的可怕之道，虽然是两种截然不同的事，但两者同样让人「测不透」。因此，我们只能承认自己所知的有限，常常来到神的面前寻求祂的带领和启示。

3．明白愚昧的后果（V21-23）
经文描绘的4种败坏的现象会使社会秩序分裂瓦解。这都是因着我们随心所欲，并行事愚昧，而带来的后果。因此，我们每做一件事或一个决定，都要时常寻求从神而来的智慧。

4. 以智慧弥补软弱（V24-28）
若我们知道自己软弱，像经文中所描述的4种生物，我们就需要学习像它们一样用神所赐的智慧来弥补我们的软弱。我们不要让我们的软弱成为我们的借口，使我们陷入在败坏的生活里。切切的寻求耶和华，因为祂要赐我们智慧，使我们看见神如何在我们的软弱中帮助我们。

5. 敬畏神者必得胜（V29-31）
我们这些按着神的形象被造的人，若是敬畏神、致力于活出真智慧，也能过得胜的生活，而不必惧怕任何人。因为神应许必「指引他的脚步」（箴16:9），而且「祂必保守你的脚不陷入网罗」（箴3:26）。

总结：不作愚顽人（V32-33）

若我们有恶念，就当止住我们的愚妄，不要让它生出来，因为每件事都会带来后果。人若受到恶念的试探，并不是罪；但顺从恶念，行事愚顽，自高自傲，就成了罪。愿我们寻得这位至圣者，就是真智慧的源头，并懂得及遵行祂的行事法则。 如此，我们就会远离愚昧，不成为愚顽人。

Proverbs 30: Find Wisdom and Flee from Foolishness

Introduction:

People should stay away from ignorance, and surrender completely and humbly before God, seeking to obtain true wisdom.

1. True wisdom comes from God (V1-9)

(1) Humbly seeks wisdom from above (V1-4)
All the “truths” of Agur come from God’s revelation. Therefore, he first admits that he is not a wise man and that he cannot find wisdom by himself (V2-3). No one on earth can find true wisdom, but only God possesses wisdom and can reveal wisdom to man. Therefore, a wise person must let go of wisdom, and only humility is the beginning of finding true wisdom.

(2) Believe in the Word of God and seek Him in prayer (V5-9)
We are to trust in God and His Word, and not add anything to His Word so that we can fully submit and trust in Him. We also need to know our own weaknesses so that we know how to hold on to God, know how to open our mouths to pray to God and know how to seek God’s help in many things.

2. Do not fall into a corrupt generation (V10-31)

(1) Stay away from folly (V10-17)
Those who disobey their parents, who are self-righteous, arrogant, self-willed and dissatisfied, we must stay away. Because in the eyes of God, all the actions of fools are displeasing to God.

(2) Admit our ignorance (V18-20)
The awesome way of God’s creation and the awful way of the adulterous woman are two very different things, but both are equally “unfathomable”. Therefore, we can only admit that our knowledge is limited, and we should often come before God to seek His guidance and revelation.

(3) Understand the consequences of foolishness (V21-23)
The four kinds of corruption described in the scriptures will cause the social order to split and collapse. This is the result of our doing what we want and acting foolishly. Therefore, every time we do something or make a decision, we must always seek wisdom from God.

(4) Make up for weakness with wisdom (V24-28)
If we know that we are weak, like the 4 creatures described in the scriptures, we need to learn to use God-given wisdom to make up for our weakness like them. Let’s not let our weakness be our excuse to lead us into a corrupt life. Seek the Lord earnestly, for He will give us the wisdom to see how God helps us in our weaknesses.

(5) Those who fear God shall prevail (V29-31)
Those of us who are created in God’s image, if we fear God and commit ourselves to live out true wisdom, we can live victorious lives without fear of anyone. Because God promises to “direct his steps” (Proverbs 16:9), and “He will keep your foot from being caught.” (Proverbs 3:26).

Conclusion: Don’t be a fool (V32-33)

If we have evil thoughts, let’s stop our folly, don’t let it grow, because everything has consequences. It is not a sin if a man is tempted by evil thoughts; but it is a sin to obey evil thoughts, to act foolishly, and to exalt himself. May we find the Holy One, the source of true wisdom, and understand and follow His ways. In this way, we will stay away from the foolishness and not become fools.

引言：

什么事情让我们流泪？当意识到事态严重，意识到没路的时候。诗篇第6篇或许是大卫在最底谷的时候写的一首忏悔的诗。用丝弦的乐器，调用第八，应该是指男生所唱的最低音。

这篇诗篇可以看到是大卫在悲伤和苦难中寻求神救赎和慰藉的表达。他在神的面前，不再是指责别人，而是开始反省自己的生命。体会到得罪神的光景，只求神的怜悯。他不放手，因为认识神的属性，更有信心明白若悔改，神必听他的祷告。

一、认清罪恶、向神呼求（V1-3）

「耶和华啊，你要到几时才救我呢？」V3，大卫似乎已经在一个很低谷，很需要神救赎的。他不断呼求神，同时也意识到自己的罪的问题。无论是身、心、灵，都深受打击和无助。

当我们在罪中，面对困境的时候，会陷入一个孤单、无助、自怜、软弱的地步。甚至像诗篇中所形容的，骨头发战，就连身体也开始失控。心里也大大地惊惶。人若有罪缠身，无论是身、心、灵都被影响。但是我们要学习像大卫一样，认真去明白认识自己的罪孽，向神呼求。

二、认真回应、纪念神爱（V4-7）

大卫表达出对自己罪恶的深刻认识，虽然他对神好像来到无言以对，无法面对神，但同时也表现出对神的慈爱和仁慈的认识和倚靠。

即使大卫的心已经在一个病入膏肓的情景，就是情势已经到了无法挽回或解决的地步，但他仍然紧抓住神的慈爱，因为他知道神从来没有放手。在堕落中，我们要选择的是不要放开我们的手，因为神是不会放手的。神有慈爱、有恩典。唯有我们的内疚，自责，才会使我们放手。

三、认真交托、重新得力（V8-10）

当大卫认真面对自己的生命和罪，大大在神的面前忏悔后，他的力量开始恢复了。当面对敌人的攻击，他完全交托，因为知道更是确信神已经听了也收纳他的祷告，凭信心起来宣告神的权柄与大能。我们若与神和好，神必站在我们这一边。我们的一切仇敌，都成了神的仇敌。

总结：

我们要懂得深刻认清自己的罪恶，也要认识神的慈爱。抓住神信实的应许，及时回转，神必听我们的恳求，收纳我们的祷告如同父亲收纳一位无助的孩子。

Psalm 6: God Hears Our Voices

Introduction:

What are the things that make us cry? When the realisation of the the situation and the realisation that there is no way out. Psalm 6 is perhaps a psalm of repentance written by David at the bottom of the valley. The stringed instrument, called the octave (ESV: Sheminith), is supposed to refer to the lowest note sung by the boys.

This psalm can be seen as an expression of David’s seeking God’s salvation and comfort in the midst of his sorrow and suffering. He ceased to accuse others in the presence of God, but began to reflect on his own life. He experienced the light of offending God, and asked only for God’s mercy. He did not let go, for he knew the attributes of God, and had more confidence in understanding that if he repented, God would hear his prayer.

1. Recognising Sin and Crying Out to God （V1-3）

“You, O Lord—how long?” In V3, David seemed to be at a very low point and in great need of God’s salvation. He kept crying out to God, and at the same time realised the problem of his own sin. Both body, mind and spirit were deeply battered and helpless.

When we are in sin and face difficulties, we can fall into a lonely, helpless, self-pity, and weak point. Even as the Psalmist describes it, the bones was troubled and even the body begins to lose control. The heart is also greatly frightened. If a person is wracked with sin, he is affected in body, mind, and spirit. But we need to learn to understand our sins seriously, as David did, and to cry out to God.

2. Serious Response and Remembrance of God’s Love（V4-7）

David expressed a deep awareness of his sin, and although he seemed to have come to be speechless and unable to face God, he also showed his awareness of and dependence on God’s love and mercy.

Even though David’s heart was in a very sick scenario, that is, the situation was beyond redemption or resolution, he still clung to God’s mercy, because he knew that God never let go. In the midst of the fall, the choice we have to make is not to let go of our hand, because God does not let go. God is loving and gracious. The only thing that will cause us to let go is our guilt, our self-reproach.

3. Serious Surrender and Renewed Strength （V8-10）

When David seriously faced his life and sin, and greatly repented before God, his strength began to be restored. When confronted with the attacks of his enemies, he surrendered completely, knowing and being sure that God had heard and accepted his prayer, and rose up in faith to declare the authority and power of God. If we are reconciled to God, He will be on our side. All our enemies have become God’s enemies.

Conclusion：

We must know how to deeply recognise our own sins, and we must also recognise God’s mercy. Take hold of God’s faithful promises and turn back in time, and God will hear our pleas and receive our prayers like a father receives a helpless child.

引言：

诗篇第五篇是大卫的一篇晨祷的诗，当时他正受到仇敌威胁，身处危险之中。但大卫相信神不喜悦恶人，神一定会让投靠祂的人得到保护的喜乐，走在恩典之路！

一、早晨向神陈明心意（V1-3）

一日之计在于晨，清晨的心意是重要的，它不但会影响那一天的生活，它甚至会影响我们的一生，因为人的心思意念影响我们的行为。所以，早晨就向神祈祷，求神鉴察我们的心思意念，向神陈明心意，并警醒留心神的回答，我们的一天必然会活得合神心意。

二、存敬畏的心亲近神（V4-7）

大卫清楚神是不喜悦恶事恶人的神！所以大卫对神说：V7至于我，我必凭你丰盛的慈爱进入你的居所，我必存敬畏你的心向你的圣殿下拜。

大卫知道神会对付恶人，替他伸冤。所以，大卫就不用去想伸冤报复，而是存敬畏的心亲近神敬拜神，远离恶事，与神建立更深的关系，进入神的保守与引领。

三、求神引领走正直路（V8-10）

大卫早晨求神引领行在正直的道路，是最聪明的祷告。因为若没有神的引领，当恶人对不起我们，我们很容易会想以其人之道还治其人之身，反击对方。但大卫是坚持正直，对付恶人的方法是祈祷敬拜神，由神替他出手。

大卫求神定恶人的罪，并非为报复，而是因他们背叛了神。大卫渴望神介入遏止恶谋，把恶谋显露出来，以至成为一个美好见证，引领更多人来投靠神，行在神的义路！蒙神赐福！

四、投靠神的必蒙赐福（V11-12）

大卫心中有神，清楚知道凡投靠神的必蒙神赐福，所以在危难中依然能以喜乐的心赞美神，以积极正面的话语，做为他祷告和诗篇的结束。

这段经文讲到我们该有的态度，就是在任何处境，凡投靠神的会得神护庇。所以爱神的人要欢欣喜乐蒙神赐福，深信神有恩惠，像盾牌四面护卫我们。

总结：

大卫以祷告开始他一天的生活；他向神陈明心意，敬畏神求主引领他走正路；他把恶人的事都交给神，而他自己只是单单来投靠神，靠神做一个蒙福的人！让我们像大卫一样，从基本开始，培养清早祷告亲近神的好习惯！

Psalm 5: Psalm for Morning Prayer

Introduction:

Psalm 5 is a psalm of David’s Morning Devotion when he was threatened by his enemies and in danger. But David believes that God is not pleased with the wicked, and God will surely allow those who trust in Him to enjoy the joy of protection and walk on the path of grace!

1. State your will to God in the morning (V1-3)

The plan for the whole day lies in the morning. The mind in the morning is important. It will not only affect our whole day, but it will also affect our whole life because our thoughts affect our behaviour. Therefore, if we pray to God in the morning, ask God to examine our thoughts, state our intentions to God, and pay attention to God’s answer, our day will surely live according to God’s will.

2. Draw near to God with reverence (V4-7)

David knew that God is a God who does not delight in evil deeds and wicked people! So David said to God: V7 But I, by your great love, can come into your house; in reverence I bow down toward your holy temple.

David knew that God would deal with the wicked and avenge them. Therefore, David did not need to think about appeal and revenge but drew near to God and worshipped Him with a reverent heart, stayed away from evil things, established a deeper relationship with God, and entered into God’s protection and guidance.

3. Ask God to lead us on the righteous path (V8-10)

David’s asked God to lead him in the right way in the morning was the wisest prayer. Because without the guidance of God, when the wicked do us wrong, we will easily want to use our own methods to deal with them and fight against them. But David insisted on integrity, and the way to deal with the wicked was to pray and worship God and let God act for him.

David asked God to condemn the wicked, not for revenge, but for their rebellion against God. David longed for God to intervene to stop the evil scheme, expose the evil scheme, and become a good testimony, leading more people to trust in God and walk in God’s righteous way! Blessed by God!

4. Be blessed when take refuge in God (V11-12)

David had God in his heart, and he clearly knew that anyone who trusted in God would be blessed by God, so he could still praise God with joy in times of crisis and ended his prayers and psalms with positive words.

This passage talks about the attitude we should have, that is, in any situation, those who trust in God will be protected by God. Therefore, those who love God shall rejoice and be blessed by God, firmly believe that God has grace, and protects us like a shield on all sides.

Conclusion：

David started his daily life with prayer; he expressed his will to God, feared God and asked the Lord to lead him on the right path; Blessed people! Let us, like David, start from the basics and cultivate the good habit of praying early in the morning to get close to God!
