歌罗西书第3章：与基督同复活的新生命

一、脱下旧人--告别‘老我’的生活（西3:1-11）

1. 要思念上面的事（V1-4）

保罗提醒我们，既然我们已经与基督同复活，就应该把心思放在永恒的事上，而不是只关注地上的吃喝玩乐。属灵生命的关键在于‘焦点’，我们的心在哪里，我们的生命就在哪里！

2. 治死地上的肢体（V5-11）

保罗列出了一堆‘旧人’的坏习惯，比如贪心、说谎、发脾气。这些就像‘属灵垃圾’，必须丢掉！

找出你生命中最难戒掉的坏习惯（比如抱怨、嫉妒、懒惰），求圣灵帮助，一步步改变。治死旧人不是靠意志力，而是靠圣灵的大能！

二、穿上新人--活出基督的样式（西3:12-17）

1. 披戴属灵的美德（V12-14）

保罗说，基督徒要像穿衣服一样‘穿上’这些美德：怜悯、恩慈、谦虚、温柔、忍耐的心，最后用‘爱’当腰带束紧一切。其中最要紧的是‘爱’！因为美德若是没有爱作基础，只会让人骄傲膨胀、自以为义。

在教会或家庭中，我们总会受伤，但复活生命不计仇、不记账，用基督的爱彼此包容。饶恕不是‘谁对谁错’，而是‘谁愿意先像基督’！

2.从心流露主的道（V15-17）

这段经文告诉我们，“让基督的平安在你们心里作主”，“让基督的的道理丰丰富富的存在心里”；重点不是‘存在’而已，而是被装满、摇动、然后自然流出来！流到我们说话的方式，流到我们处理关系的态度，流到我们唱歌敬拜的热情…

三、彰显复活--活现新生命见证（西3:18-25）

1.家庭--活出基督化（V18-21）

保罗谈到家庭关系，夫妻、亲子之间要以基督为中心。在家庭中学习彼此尊重、包容，用基督的爱
建立关系。幸福的家庭不是没有冲突，而是有基督在中间！

2.职场--忠心为主做（V22-25）

基督徒的工作态度应该是“为主而做”，不是做给人看。最好的职场见证，就是忠心！

新生命的样式，就是哪怕没有掌声，也甘心尽忠，因为主才是最终的观众。无论我们的工作是什么，都当作是服事神的机会，尽心尽力去做。

总结：让基督在你里面活出来！

新生命不是靠自己的努力，而是靠基督复活的大能！让基督在你里面活出来！
愿我们真正活出与基督同复活的新生命！

I. Take Off the Old Self - Say Goodbye to the Life of the ‘Old Self’ (Col. 3:1-11)


1. Set your mind on things above (V1-4)

Paul reminds us that since we have been resurrected with Christ, we should focus our minds on eternal things instead of just focusing on eating, drinking and having fun on earth. The key to spiritual life lies in "focus". Where our heart is, there is our life!

2. Put to death the earthly members (V5-11)

Paul listed a bunch of bad habits of the ‘old man’, such as greed, lying, and temper. These are like ‘spiritual garbage’ and must be thrown away!

Find out the bad habits in your life that are the hardest to quit (such as complaining, jealousy, laziness), ask the Holy Spirit for help, and change step by step. Putting to death the old man is not by willpower, but by the power of the Holy Spirit!

II. Put on the New Man - Live out the Image of Christ (Col. 3:12-17)

1. Put on spiritual virtues (V12-14)

Paul said that Christians should “put on” these virtues like putting on clothes: tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering, and finally use “love” as a belt to tighten everything. The most important thing is “love”! Because if virtues are not based on love, they will only make people proud and self-righteous.

In the church or family, we will always be hurt, but the resurrection life does not bear grudges or keep accounts and tolerates each other with the love of Christ. Forgiveness is not about “who is right or wrong”, but “who is willing to be like Christ first”!

2. Let the Word of the Lord flow from your heart (V15-17)

This passage tells us, "Let the peace of God rule in your hearts," "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom." The point is not just "dwell" but to be filled, shaken, and then flow out naturally! Flow to the way we speak, to the attitude we have in dealing with relationships, to the passion we have in singing and worshiping...

III. Manifesting the Resurrection - Exhibiting the Witness of New Life (Col. 3:18-25)

1. Family - Live Out Christianity (V18-21)

Paul talked about family relationships, saying that relationships between husband and wife, and between parents and children should be centred on Christ. Learn to respect and tolerate each other in the family and build relationships with the love of Christ. A happy family is not one without conflict, but one with Christ in the middle!

2. Workplace - Faithful to the Lord (V22-25)

The attitude of Christians towards work should be "doing it for the Lord", not doing it for men to see. The best testimony in the workplace is loyalty!

The style of new life is to be willing to be loyal even if there is no applause, because the Lord is the ultimate audience. No matter what our work is, we should treat it as an opportunity to serve God and do it with all our heart and strength.

Conclusion: Let Christ live in you!

New life does not depend on your own efforts, but on the power of Christ's resurrection! Let Christ live in you!

May we truly live out a new life resurrected with Christ!
