一、罪魁撒但的千年监禁（启20:1-3）

1．天使的‘突击行动’（V1-2）
撒但是那条狡猾的古蛇，从伊甸园就开始诱惑人类犯罪，像幕后黑手各样邪恶。现在，天使从天而降，把撒但捆绑一千年，象征神已经限制它的作为，邪恶暂时没法兴风作浪。

今天我们面对诱惑时，不必撒但得逞。因为神已开始限制它，我们可以靠祷告和神的话语捆绑负面思想，活出属主的自由。罗马书8:37：靠着爱我们的主，在这一切的事上已经得胜有余了。

2．监禁的‘千年封印’（V3）
这是撒旦的“千年徒刑”判决书。它被丢进无底坑，坑被关闭，还用印封上。这是一个三重保险的超级监狱！目的很清楚：‘使它不得再迷惑列国’。

这个真理给我们两个提醒：
第一，为现在的平安感恩。是神在限制撒但的作为；若没有神的保守，世界会比现在黑暗得多。
第二，对最终得胜有把握。虽然撒但仍在活动，但它的结局已写定，这是我们极大的盼望和力量。

二、从受苦到作王的荣耀（启20:4-6）

1．宝座上的复活得胜者（V4）
约翰看见几个宝座，有人坐在上面，得着审判的权柄。这些人是在大逼迫中坚持信仰、拒绝妥协的殉道者，如今成为复活的得胜者，与基督一同作王一千年。

今天我们也可能因信仰被边缘化、不被理解，但我们的坚持神都看见。那是在积攒永恒的基业，也是为将来的宝座而活。

2．头次复活的五大福分（V5-6）
这里的“头一次复活”，是指忠心信徒在千年国度开始时复活，得着荣耀的身体，与基督一同作王。经文提到五个祝福：
第一，“有福了”—真正永恒的福分。
第二，“圣洁了”—完全的圣洁。
第三，“第二次的死没有权柄”—脱离永死，得着永生。
第四，“作神和基督的祭司”—能亲近神，服事神。
第五，“与基督一同作王一千年”——既有祭司的尊荣，也有君王的权柄。

这里让我们重新定义‘成功’。世界的成功是‘拥有很多’：房子、车子、财富…。而天国的成功是‘与主亲近’、‘为主持守’。我们读经、祷告、聚会、服侍、传福音，是在为‘复活’做准备。

三、最后反攻与终极审判（启20:7-15）

1. 撒但失败的最后反攻（V7-10）
一千年结束后，撒但被释放，出来迷惑地上四方的列国，聚集他们争战，人数多如海沙。但就在这关键时刻，神亲自出手：“有火从天降下，烧灭了他们。”

这段经文给我们两个安慰和提醒：
第一，邪恶的结局早已注定，无法改变。
第二，神子民有永恒的保障，真正安全。

2.白色宝座的终极审判 (V11-15) 
白色大宝座显现，神坐在其上，威严无比。生命册决定人的永恒命运，无人能逃脱神的公义。天地都逃避，象征旧世界结束，新天新地即将开始。

这段经文是福音最严肃的呼召，也是信徒极大安慰：
第一，对未信者：这是最紧急的警告。不要等到站在白色大宝座前才后悔，今天就悔改。
第二，对基督徒：这是最深的安慰。我们不必惧怕这审判，因为名字已因羔羊的血记在生命册上。第三，对所有人：这是最公义的结局。显明神的绝对公义，也显明在基督里的救赎恩典。

总结：头号罪犯已经落网了！
撒但的结局是火湖，新天新地即将展开。
正因知道这结局，我们在最黑暗的时候仍能赞美，有力量持守真道，直到见主面的那一天。

I. The Thousand-Year Imprisonment of the Chief Culprit, Satan (Rev 20:1–3)

1. The Angel’s “Raid Operation” (vv.1–2)
Satan is the crafty ancient serpent who began deceiving humanity in the Garden of Eden, tempting people into sin and acting as the mastermind behind all kinds of evil. Now an angel descends from heaven and binds Satan for a thousand years, symbolizing that God has already restricted his activity so that evil cannot freely wreak havoc for a time.
When we face temptation today, we do not have to let Satan succeed. God has already begun to limit him. Through prayer and the Word of God, we can bind negative thoughts and live in the freedom that belongs to the Lord.
Romans 8:37:
“In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.”

2. The “Thousand-Year Seal” of Imprisonment (v.3)
This is Satan’s “thousand-year prison sentence.” He is thrown into the Abyss, which is shut and sealed over him. It is like a super-prison with triple security! The purpose is very clear: “so that he could no longer deceive the nations.”
This truth gives us two reminders:
First, be thankful for the peace we experience now. It is God who restrains Satan’s work. Without God’s protection, the world would be far darker than it is today.
Second, be confident in the final victory. Although Satan is still active, his end has already been written. This is our great hope and strength.

II. From Suffering to the Glory of Reigning (Rev 20:4–6)

1. The Victorious Ones Resurrected on Thrones (v.4)
John sees several thrones with people seated on them who are given authority to judge. These are the martyrs who remained faithful during great persecution and refused to compromise their faith. Now they are resurrected victors who reign with Christ for a thousand years.
Today we may also be marginalized or misunderstood because of our faith. Yet God sees our perseverance. We are storing up an eternal inheritance and living in preparation for the throne to come.

2. The Five Blessings of the First Resurrection (vv.5–6)
The “first resurrection” refers to faithful believers who are raised when the millennial kingdom begins. They receive glorified bodies and reign with Christ. The passage mentions five blessings:
“Blessed” — the true and eternal blessing.
“Holy” — complete holiness.
“The second death has no power” — freedom from eternal death and possession of eternal life.
“Priests of God and of Christ” — able to draw near to God and serve Him.
“They will reign with Christ for a thousand years” — possessing both the honor of priests and the authority of kings.

This passage helps us redefine success.
The world defines success as “having a lot”—houses, cars, and wealth.
But the kingdom of heaven defines success as “drawing near to the Lord” and “remaining faithful to Him.”
When we read the Bible, pray, gather in fellowship, serve, and share the gospel, we are preparing ourselves for the resurrection.

III. The Final Counterattack and the Ultimate Judgment (Rev 20:7–15)

1. Satan’s Last Failed Counterattack (vv.7–10)
After the thousand years, Satan will be released and will once again deceive the nations from the four corners of the earth, gathering them for battle, with numbers like the sand of the sea. But at the critical moment, God intervenes: “Fire came down from heaven and devoured them.”
This passage gives us two comforts and reminders:
First, the end of evil has already been determined and cannot be changed.
Second, God’s people have eternal security.

2. The Final Judgment of the Great White Throne (vv.11–15)
The great white throne appears, and God sits upon it in overwhelming majesty. The Book of Life determines each person’s eternal destiny. No one can escape God’s justice. Heaven and earth flee away, symbolizing the end of the old world as the new heaven and new earth are about to begin.

This passage is both the most serious call of the gospel and a great comfort for believers.
First, to unbelievers: this is the most urgent warning. Do not wait until you stand before the great white throne to regret it. Repent today.

Second, to Christians: this is the greatest comfort. We do not need to fear this judgment because our names are written in the Book of Life through the blood of the Lamb.

Third, to everyone: this is the most righteous ending. It reveals God’s perfect justice and the redeeming grace found in Christ.

Conclusion: The No. 1 Criminal Has Been Captured!

Satan’s final destination is the lake of fire, and the new heaven and new earth are about to unfold.

Because we know this ending, even in the darkest moments we can still praise God and have the strength to hold firmly to the truth—until the day we see the Lord face to face.
