申命记 第十九章|Book of Deuteronomy 19

【诫命背后的恩典】

引言：

神颁布诫命的目的，并不是为了要降罚与祂的百姓，乃是为了要保护他们。然而，在执行真理上，神还是为他们开一条路，使他们得经历神的恩典。

一、生命受保(v1-13)

1. 无辜者的避难所(v1-10)

设立逃城，为了使误杀人的得保护，也使神的百姓不因流了无辜之人的血而担罪，这是双重的保护，目的是在神的应许之地止住无辜的死亡。神看误杀人者为无辜之人，不是说那人没有罪，只是说他的罪不至于死。

2. 杀人者不得保护(v11-13)

故意杀人的人是带着流无辜人血的罪，他们是故意的，是有罪的。 纵然他们逃到这城，也得不着保护，而且管城的长老要把他带出这座城，交给报血仇的人，把这故杀罪的人杀了，眼不可姑息他，心也不可软，要除掉流无辜人的罪，使他们可以得福。

小结：

逃城就好比基督的救恩，是神为世人预备的救恩。它离我们也不远，就在我们的口中，就在我们的心中。只要我们愿意相信并接受祂，我们就可以得着这份救恩。然而，我们也要明白，恩典并不是罪恶的庇护所，而是为了挽回那些误犯罪的人。

二、慷慨赐福 （v14）

神是慷慨的神，所以祂很慷慨地祝福以色列人，把迦南地赐给了他们。产业是神给予的恩典，我们承受恩典的人应该存着感恩的心享受从神来的恩典，并且知道神会供应我所需要的一切。

三、显神公义 (v15-21)

作假见证是一项极为严重的罪，所以第19节说，‘你们就要待他如同他想要待的弟兄。’就是那作假见证的人应处的刑罚要和被诬告的人一旦罪名成立所受的刑罚完全相等。因此，我们要求主帮助我们不要因为眼前的利益，彼此陷害，作假见证，使我们不只要面对公义的刑罚，而且还失去神永恒的祝福。

总结：

神的恩典要透过祂的诫命被彰显！
愿遵行神诫命的人得着恩典，并且恩上加恩！

Introduction:

The purpose of God's commandments was not to punish His people, but to protect them. However, in carrying out the truth, God still opened a way for them to experience the grace of God.

I. Life is Protected (v1-13)

1. The refuge of the innocent (v1-10)

The city of refuge was set up to protect those who murdered by mistake, and also to prevent God's people from bearing the guilt of shedding innocent blood. This is a double protection, and the purpose is to stop the innocent deaths in God's promised land. When God sees the wrongdoer as an innocent person, it does not mean that the person is innocent, but only that his sin does not lead to death.

2. Murderers shall not be protected (v11-13)

Those who kill intentionally carry the crime of shedding innocent blood, they are intentional and are guilty. Even if they escaped to this city, they would not be protected, and the elders in charge of the city would take him out of this city and hand him over to the avenger of blood to kill the murderer. Your eye shall not pity him,shall not be soft-hearted but you shall put away the guilt of innocent blood, that it may go well with them.

Short Summary:

The city of refuge is like the salvation of Christ, the salvation that God has prepared for the world. It's not far from us, it's in our mouths, it's in our hearts. As long as we are willing to believe and accept Him, we can have this salvation. However, we must also understand that grace is not a sanctuary for sin, but to restore those who have sinned by mistake.

II. Bless generously (v14)

God is a generous God, so He blessed the Israelites very generously and gave them the land of Canaan. Inheritance is the grace given by God, we who inherit grace should enjoy the grace from God with gratitude and know that God will provide everything we need.

III. Showing God’s Righteousness (v15-21)

False witness is a very serious sin, so verse 19 says, ‘then you shall do to him as he thought to have done to his brother’ That is, the penalty for the false witness should be exactly the same as the penalty for the falsely accused if convicted. Therefore, we ask the Lord to help us not to frame each other and bear false witness because of our immediate interests, so that we not only face the punishment of righteousness, but also lose God’s eternal blessing.

Conclusion:

God's grace is to be revealed through His commandments!
May those who obey God's commandments receive grace, and grace upon grace!
