引言：真正的安稳，不是环境终于平静，而是在动荡中知道神仍是我的磐石。

一、环境动荡，仍要安静等候神（诗62：1–4）
1. 安静等候神的拯救（v1）
虽然外面充满攻击和压力，大卫的里面却选择安静。我们遇到问题时，常急着找人、找方法、找答案，但大卫提醒我们，最终的救恩不是来自自己的能力，而是来自神。

等候神不是消极地什么都不做，而是在还不知道答案、环境还没有改变的时候，仍然相信神、仰望神。

2. 坚定相信神的保护（v2）
大卫称神为他的「磐石、拯救、高台」，因此他说：「我必不很动摇。」敌人仍然存在，压力仍然存在，但他的根基没有改变。

如果安全感建立在工作、金钱、人的肯定或自己的计划上，这些一改变，我们就容易动摇。但神永不改变。真正的安全感不是相信事情一定照我的意思发展，而是相信：无论事情怎样发展，神仍然是我的磐石。

3. 面对攻击不失去信心（v3–4）
大卫面对的不只是环境压力，还有人的攻击、虚假和毁谤。人的伤害往往比环境的困难更难面对，但大卫没有一直为自己争辩，而是不断回到神面前。

有些争战不需要自己赢回来，而是学习交在神手中。环境可以动荡，却不要让环境把我们的信心也带走。

二、内心动摇，重新坚定倚靠神（诗62：5–8）
1. 主动提醒自己的心（v5）
信心不是一次相信以后就永远不会动摇，因此我们需要不断用真理提醒自己。

当害怕时，提醒自己神仍然掌权；当不知道下一步时，相信神仍会带领；当事情迟迟没有改变时，告诉自己：「我的盼望仍然从神而来。」不要只是听自己的感觉，更要让神的真理向自己的心说话。

2. 再次确认信仰根基（v6–7）
第2节大卫说：「我必不很动摇。」到了第6节却变成：「我必不动摇。」环境是否改变，我们不知道，但大卫的心正在改变。
我们常求神先改变环境，神却常常先坚固我们的心。成熟的信心，是从「神有没有照我的意思做」，成长到「无论环境如何，我仍然认定祂是我的磐石」。

3. 学习向神倾心吐意（v8）
信靠神不代表不能软弱。我们的害怕、失望、委屈和不明白，都可以真实地带到神面前。
真正的安静不是压抑情绪，而是把一切倾倒在神面前，知道自己不需要独自承担。神是我们的避难所，因此越是软弱的时候，越可以投靠祂。

三、世界多变，单单定睛信靠神（诗62：9–12）
1. 不把盼望建立在人身上（v9）
无论身份高低，人都是有限的。神会使用人帮助我们，但人不能成为最终的倚靠。再爱我们的人也有能力的限制，再可靠的人也不能掌管明天。因此，我们可以感谢人的帮助，却不要把只有神才能承担的重量放在人身上。

2. 不把安全建立在财富上（v10）
金钱本身不是问题，问题是我们的心是否把财富当作安全感的来源。
我们可以有智慧地管理和预备，却不要把安全感建立在拥有多少，而要建立在我们属于谁。可以拥有财富，却不要让财富拥有我们的心。

3. 单单相信神的能力慈爱（v11–12）
诗篇最后，大卫宣告：「能力都属乎神。主啊，慈爱也是属乎你。」这是我们能够安静等候的根基。神不只有能力掌管环境，也有慈爱顾念我们；祂能够开道路，也会在等待中陪伴我们。
当看不懂环境时，相信祂的慈爱；当觉得事情不可能改变时，相信祂的能力。我们虽然不知道明天会发生什么，却知道掌管明天的是谁。

总结：神是我的磐石
环境动荡时，安静等候神；内心动摇时，重新坚定倚靠神；世界多变时，单单定睛信靠神。




  
 Psalm 62: Waiting in Quietness Amidst Turmoil

Introduction: 
True peace and security do not come when our circumstances finally become calm, but in knowing that God is still our Rock in the midst of turmoil.

I. Amidst Turbulent Circumstances, Still Wait Quietly Upon God (Psalm 62:1–4)
1. Waiting Quietly for God’s Salvation (v1) 
Although the outside world was full of attacks and pressure, David chose to remain quiet within. When we encounter problems, we are often in a hurry to seek out people, methods or answers, but David reminds us that ultimate salvation does not come from our own ability, but from God.

Waiting on God does not mean passively doing nothing; rather, it means continuing to believe in and look to God even when we do not yet know the answer and the circumstances have not yet changed.

2. Firmly Believing in God’s Protection (v2) 
David called God his ‘Rock, his Salvation and his Defense’; therefore, he said, ‘I shall not be greatly moved.’ The enemies were still there, the pressure was still there, but his foundation remained unchanged.

If our sense of security is built on work, money, the approval of others or our own plans, we are easily shaken when these things change. But God never changes. True security does not lie in believing that things will necessarily go my way, but in trusting that, no matter how events unfold, God remains my Rock.

3. Not Losing Faith in the Face of Attack (v3–4) 
David faced not only environmental pressures, but also attacks, deceit and slander from others. The hurt inflicted by people is often harder to face than environmental difficulties, yet David did not spend his time defending himself; instead, he continually returned to God.

Some battles do not require us to win them ourselves; rather, we must learn to entrust them to God. Circumstances may be turbulent, but we must not allow them to rob us of our faith.

II. When Our Hearts Waver, Renewing Our Firm Trust in God (Psalm 62:5–8)
1. Actively Reminding Ourselves (v5) 
Faith is not a one-time act of belief that remains unshaken forever; therefore, we need to continually remind ourselves of the truth.

When we are afraid, remind ourselves that God is still in control; when we do not know what to do next, trust that God will still lead us; when circumstances seem slow to change, tell ourselves: ‘My hope still comes from God.’ Do not merely listen to our feelings; let God’s truth speak to our heart.

2. Reaffirming the Foundations of Faith (v6–7) 
In verse 2, David says: ‘I shall not be greatly moved’ By verse 6, however, this has become: ‘I shall not be moved.’ We do not know whether the circumstances have changed, but David’s heart is changing.

We often ask God to change our circumstances first, yet God often chooses to strengthen our hearts first. Mature faith grows from asking, ‘Has God done as I wished?’, to declaring, “No matter what my circumstances are, I will still acknowledge Him as my Rock.”

3. Learning to Pour Out Our Hearts before God (v8) 
Trusting in God does not mean we cannot be weak. We can bring our fears, disappointments, grievances and confusion before God with complete honesty.

True peace does not come from suppressing our emotions, but from pouring out everything before God, knowing that we do not have to bear the burden alone. God is our Refuge; therefore, the weaker we feel, the more we can take refuge in Him.

III. In a Changing World, Fix Our Eyes Solely on God (Psalm 62:9–12)
1. Do Not Place Your Hope in People (v9) 
Regardless of their status, people are limited. God may use people to help us, but they cannot be our ultimate reliance. Even those who love us most have limitations in their abilities, and even the most reliable person cannot control tomorrow. Therefore, whilst we may be grateful for people’s help, we must not place upon them the burden that only God can bear.

2. Do Not Place Your Security in Wealth (v10) 
Money in itself is not the problem; the problem lies in whether our hearts regard wealth as a source of security.

We may manage and provide for ourselves wisely, but we must not base our sense of security on how much we possess, but rather on to whom we belong. We may possess wealth, but we must not allow wealth to possess our hearts.

3. Trust Solely in God’s Power and Mercy (v11–12) 
At the end of the psalm, David declares: “Power belongs to God. Also to You, O Lord, belongs mercy;” This is the foundation that enables us to wait quietly on God. He not only has the power to govern our circumstances, but also the mercy to care for us; He is able to make a way, and He will be with us whilst we wait.

When we cannot make sense of our circumstances, let us trust in His lovingkindness; when it seems impossible for things to change, let us trust in His power. Though we do not know what tomorrow will bring, we do know Who is in control of tomorrow.

Conclusion: God is my Rock
When circumstances are turbulent, wait quietly upon God; when your heart wavers, reaffirm your reliance on God; when the world is in flux, fix your eyes solely on God and trust in Him.
